I bought these for my son to play BB in. Loved the look of them but had a hard time getting them on in the store. I assumed they would eventually loosen and go on easier. It never happened because by the third time he wore them he had huge blisters and cuts on the back of his leg. He even tried the with bandages and high socks. The design of this shoe is not good.

Older player, primarily a post (not a ton of lateral movement), but all said, these shoes are amazing! Initially they are a little foreign on your feet (almost too soft) but once you adjust they are the most comfortable basketball shoes I have ever tried! I loved my KD10's and have 2 pairs (one was my main pair, the other the "backup" pair) and these have jumped to the #1 pair. As soon as I see my size come back I'll order another pair.

I bought these and they were incredibly comfortable but playing in them for an hour my ankle was hurting a lot. They were sore for a day. I thought they were horrible shoes. But once I broke them in they were my favourite shoe although it takes a little while to brake them in, but if you are willing to break them in they are great shoes. I would have given them a five star but for that reason I give them a four

Argh! I am so disappointed with these shoes. My daughter's basketball team required we have these as a team. Well, within a week, half the team was going to the trainer because their feet had terrible blisters. Several pair are ripping and the sole of her shoe is coming apart. My daughter has to wear an ankle brace, which is nearly impossible since the shoes are VERY difficult to put on. Limited support at best. Sooo disappointed in this product!!!
The tab built into the rear of the shoe may be the worst design flaw in a court shoe I have ever seen. After 25 minutes of playing I had to take the shoes off and both of my Achilles didn’t just have blisters, they had actually dug into my heels. This was way beyond a rub. I Immediately returned and got the Paul George 2.5s, which, if they hold up better than Zion’s pair will be great. I had the KD 10s, which were good until the air pocket in the sole ruptured in the middle of a game. think I’ll stay with the PG’s, or go back to the Kyries going forward, or maybe the Hyperdunks. the KDs have just not performed well for me.
I've always worn a Nike 13 without any problem. I have for nearly 30 years. I couldn't wait to get this, every store was sold out. Only there was one problem. The left shoe fit perfectly, but the right had to be a good size smaller. I had so much trouble getting my foot into it and when I did my toes were all bunched up in the front. Never had this problem before. Probably just something to consider with this shoe. Shame too because I really liked the look. Normally I'd try them on in a store first but not a single store in the Western PA area has one in stock.
I bought shoes from Under Armour and returned them immediately because I knew that I could find a more comfortable shoe. I then decided to buy these and they came in one of the coolest boxes and arrived very quickly. As for the shoes themselves, they feel like socks over socks and it's amazing. They are softly-cushioned and provide proper ankle support. The tread allows for agile cuts and breaks. The shoe is meant to wrap comfortably around your foot and seems true to size. They knew it may be more difficult to put on due to the material its made with, so they added a spot in the back for you to hold onto while you put the shoe on. My only complaint is that it isn't the most eye-appealing thing. If you can get over this one small con for the many pros, this will be ... My son chose these shoes for his high school basketball season. For two weeks he has been practicing in them, hoping they will break in and quit digging holes in the back of his upper heel/ankle area. There is a thick seam that is making these shoes uncomfortable. He has used bandaids, sports wrap and two pair of socks, but it is not getting better. Looks like we will have to spend more money for another pair of shoes before the season even starts. Very disappointed.
I love the change up from previous KDs. They are comfortable. But when you look at them, they appear rushed. Paint is missing and scratches in several spots. Glue wasnt applied properly and is visible. Overall I like the shoe just waiting to exchange when my size comes in. I showed the manager as a just in case before I left the store.
I was so excited to buy these because they looked so nice.i was extremely disappointed when I tried them on because there is a piece in the back that literally kills your foot! I’ve had plenty of Nike shoes in the past and I never wore such uncomfortable ones! I saw the reviews but they were to tempting,I am very disappointed!(don’t get me wrong; they are very nice shoes to keep in your closet and look at)
