Disappointed these did not work for my daughter after many pairs of Nike cleats. These gave her terrible blisters on her heels after they were 'broken in' over 11 hours of wear. Tried various socks to no avail. Back to the old ones!
Very disappointed having to order and return two pair of boots which were both too small despite going up a size. Comparing the 6.5 men’s UK boot to my 11yrs olds size 6uk runner, the boot was at least a cm shorter. Doesn’t make sense! The fact that I had to pay a total of €28 between delivery fees and return fees didn’t help! Albeit I have ordered lots previously from sports direct, I’ll be hesitant in future.
Slightly tight out of the box, but once broken in they are very comfortable. The sock design makes them a mini hassle to put on, but the sock also gives them a secure feel.All in all, when I’m playing in them I don’t think about them which has always been my goal when buying equipment.
Considering they’re called “air” they were the heaviest mercurials I’ve ever warn. You can feel the air bags in the soles and the actual cleats are a weird mix of circle and other studs. First pair I’ve ever returned.
I did not learn from my mistake last time and let my son pick these shoes. It is a team effort to get them on his feet for every practice. He cannot wear sticky socks with them, and the shoehorn does not help getting them on either. They would be great cleats, if they were not so tight getting on.
Quick and hassle free delivery. Boots fit very narrow, I'm a regular 46. Early impression too tight, compared to an Adidas footlast. Nice design although some creases in the upper material look deepish, these were on the boots straight out of the box, and are at the front of the foot where running will only work them in even more, so that's a concern in terms of how long these Will last before tearing. Overall only ok.
well built and sturdy (and stylish) but...they are quite narrow and we had to return to size up. The 7 was the same size as my sons 6.5 size soccer cleat in another brand. For context, I wear a womens 7.5 and the shoe was comfortably snug on me. We returned for a larger size rather than give up on the shoe
