I come from the Copa sense.1 - a leathery, soft, wide, midfielders' boot. For those first trying Superfly's, you'll be surprised at the fit. I have rather wide Size 12 feet but ordered an 11.5 due to availability, and excessively strained the first time i tried them on. They are narrow, but should be fine for a 'normal foot'. I recommend wearing the shoes about the house for a bit to 'break them in' - to ease up the flyknit and make the boot easier to put on and more comfortable. In terms of playing football, these are a forward's boot. Made for your classic striker and winger. Contact with the ball is crisp, not cushioned as with my Copas. The thin material of the shoe is strong yet flexible, giving you a very close touch on the ball. You'll feel the zip in a pass or shot. The classic superfly shape is great for hammering a shot or curling one into the corner. As for their 'Zoom' tech I wouldn't say its anything groundbreaking. Much like the carbon fibre plate in the Adidas X Ghosted and Speedflows, the Superfly do definitely have the cool new 'amazing' tech, but how useful they are is quite a faff. I don't notice any pronounced advantages when running or jumping. It is a bit of a gimmick. With that said though, it doesn't mean the structure and lockdown isn't good. With the ankle sock and 'cage' inside the shoe you'll feel as though your foot is the boot, not like it wearing the boot.Overall, a high-end boot that does the basics great and of course sports some gimmicks.

Took a couple sessions to wear in but great after that, light as a feather and really durable. Have worn them on dry, hard grounds and soft, wet grounds and they have held up really well on both.

Very comfortable from day 1 and easy to break in. So far have been very durable and super lightweight. Way more comfortable than other Nikes and past models.

My son has always worn Predators but is not a fan of their more recent releases. Made the switch to Nike and they are great! Super light weight and no blisters as previous posters have noted
Fantastic pair of boots. Surprisingly soft out of the box and it gets even softer as you break them in. Air zoom unit doesn’t give a significantly different feel although it does give a slight bouncy feeling when you’re on your toes. Perfect fit for my size although I’m getting heel blisters like crazy.
More comfortable than previous versions. Love the look of these. Mercurials never disappoint
Not impressed with these cleats and returning them. Gave me horrible blisters and they just never fit like I expected them to. Loved my Elite Mercurial Superfly 8’s (when through two pairs of those), but the 9’s are no where near those in comfort and performance. Do not recommend.
My fiancé bought these cleats ready for indoor season, but unfortunately, he is better off wearing his old cleats that are missing part of the sole. These cleats left holes (yes, holes) in his heel that required his feet to be wrapped for several weeks thereafter. The first time he wore them on the field, after breaking them in for several weeks at home, he came off the field with blood seeping through his socks and shoes. He has described the pain on his heel as feeling like daggers slicing into his skin and prying their way to the bone. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
Great feel. Takes a little bit to break in but moulds around your foot really well. Sock provides a lot of added support. Was comparing the superfly’s to the Vapor’s and felt a lot more supported in the supeflys. Great touch on the ball.
great pair of quality boots that will last you a long time. Features a sock sleeve which gives fantastic ankle support. Obviously an expensive pair of boots but definitely worth it in the long run
