Bought from this site under the notion of free shipping and returns on all shoes. The size was a little snug so we opted to return them. Upon initiating the return process I was charged shipping to return or exchange them. When they recieved the shoes they also deducted $15.00 which was actually suppose to be free shipping. In total I was charged $21.00 for a product that was promoted by a free shipping guarantee. What a poor way to do business. NEVER AGAIN !!! BUYERS BEWARE
