I run 20-30 miles a week, ran the LA marathon in March and plan on running the LA marathon next year as well. Long runs were smooth and I did not want to stop. Also incorporated some HIIT sprints and casual walking when working at the office. These will be suitable as your everyday running, training shoe. Highly recommend! So far I've ran half marathons with the lunarepic flyknit 2, and 10k with the epic reacts. I can't wait to try them out for the next race!
