Along with there amazing looks these spikes excelled at any type of sprinting exercise, 60-400m. There is zero problems with this spike if not counting the fact that this spike isn’t very promising nor all that comfortable if you have more wide feet. 9.5/10 definitely recommend.

Excellent track shoe for sprints...if they were durable enough to last! My 14 yr. old grandson didn't even make it a full track season before the material around the toe area developed a hole the size of penny that eventually grew so big his toe was sticking through the shoe. And NO, the shoes were not to small. They fit perfectly. But, Dicks Sporting Goods refunded my money without any question. Thank you Dick's, No thank you Nike.
After the first few sprint sessions, I have to say these training spikes are extremely lightweight and comfy. They have improved my ability to quickly dig and step off my toes. Pairing with my technique training I have seen my timing improve with aiding these to my running.
My daughter has owned 3 pairs of Nike spikes and these run extremely small. No one carries them in store to try on so we are stuck ordering and trying on larger sizes. My guess would be 1.5-2 sizes small.

Super light! This product is better than any spikes that I have ever seen. Well made and cushion in all the right places. The colors are better in person which is very rare. These are a must have for any sprinter.
These spikes fit like a glove and work perfectly. They give good traction on the track and have been very durable for me. These spikes work for good for hurdling the 300m and the 110/100. The plastic tread on the bottom does wear off and dull with use. Although, this doesn’t seem to effect my performance.
These came the other day and i was super excited, but when i tried them on they were very small. I ordered size 9 which is my original size but I advise you to get the next size up and they'll fit perfect!
