Very good shoes for the mile run. It feels like it pushes you along the track. Not the most comfortable shoes but that does not matter.

I love these spikes with all my heart!! I tried these out for cross country last year and fell in love. I continued to use them until I got stepped on and it got a hole in them. I bought the XC version for cross, and now I'm buying more for indoor/outdoor track! They make you feel SO FAST!! I would say it does run a half a size small though. My running shoes are generally 6.5 and I wear these in size 7 (women's).

These are some of the best spikes that I have ever felt, for those who have not tried them on I would say they feel like the Nike Next% with a spike plate. The cushion in these spikes is unbelievable and would highly recommend these spikes.

Some information.

If you wear a normal shoe size (for instance, mine is 11 in men's) I could get 10.5 and wear thin socks or no shoe socks and it will still feel the same.
