Some serious differences but I'll save you the trouble- if you can find the 2's get them over the 3's.These have no strobels inside the shoe. Your foot sits right on top of the ZoomX and it makes it much softer than the 3's. Not even close. The forefoot has plenty of room for wide feet or for people who have swelling issues like me.The foam is very soft and delicate, but not too delicate. The upper is thick and can get a little toasty. However, the ankle lockdown in the 2 is much better than the 3, not even close. So I got to looking at this shoe and a few other brands. I have walked 10 miles a day now in these shoes due to the soft full length zoomx foam. The foam is super comfortable but not so unstable so I cant walk in them. Now it did take a few days getting use to it because it throws your balance off but it comes right back to normal in a day or so. before I found this shoe I was only able to walk 2.5 miles then I'd have to do 2.5 miles again in the last part of the day due to pain terrible pain in my feet, in other shoes not this comfortable.
