Our lightest racing shoe, the Nike Streakfly is all about the speed you need to take on the competition in a mile, 5k or 10k race. Low profile with sleek details, it feels like it disappears on your foot to help you better connect with the road on the way to your personal best. Pops of bright color add a fun refresh, so you can turn heads at the finish line. Low and Nimble Full-length ZoomX midsole provides the ultimate lightweight responsiveness. The foam stack heights are lower than the Vaporfly, saving weight and giving you a more aggressive feel. The result is a shoe so light, it disappears on your foot while still giving you the responsive protection of ZoomX foam, helping you reach your fastest pace throughout the turns and accelerations of any race. Supportive and Sleek Ultra-thin knit upper is light in weight while still providing the support you need for racing. Extra reinforcement in the forefoot keeps you secure. An updated, sleek lacing system is laterally offset with a notched tongue to help relieve pressure on the top of the foot. Grip for Days Runner-informed data was used to create the outsole and place traction where you need it most with a pattern that connects to the pavement based on how your foot hits the ground. The result is solid grip from foot contact to toe-off, helping you stay ahead of the competition.

I usually just run in a pair of my training shoes, but thought a lighter pair would help in a shorter distance. My shoe rotation includes the zoomx invincible 1 and 2's, vomero 16's and the brooks adrenaline. Second run felt better. A little more broken in for me or the shoes. Just two 5k runs to check them out before the race.5k Race day, they felt great. Missed my personal best slightly, but it was 90% humidity so not the shoes fault. Honestly the shoes just disappeared on my feet. I was 24th out of 254 people. So I'm not the fastest guy out there. 8:35 miles.Post mortem, the shoes have a total of 10 miles on them. I can see wear on the outsole. Some of it kind of looks like galling. The outsole material feels so soft I don't expect it to last. Took a picture, but I'm not sure if the wear will show.Post mortem, my feet are a little more sore than typical post race. Reasonable to expect given the reduced cushioning for the lighter weight. A fair trade.I will keep these shoes for 5k races and a couple of faster training runs leading up to them. Keeping the miles down. I don't think I would run a 10k in these, but maybe. Spectacularly light and surprisingly comfortable. If I was going to change one thing I'd make the cushioning very slightly firmer. I felt like maybe I was bottoming them out on race day.

Light, highly cushioned and comfortable. This is shown as a racer but makes for a great daily trainer. The exposed Zoomx foam can break down easily but will not compromise the shoe. Great for treadmill/ track running. On my 3rd pair since launch. Noticeable decline in performance after 250 miles.

Yes, have the Vaporflys and the Alphaflys. Just bought the Streakflys for an upcoming 10k in a couple of weeks. First of all, you have to train a bit in your racing flats, so did an 8 mile, with 1 mile at 7 per and 1 mile at 5:15, trying to go under 31. The good: great upper, super breathable and roomy with good lock down and lace system. Great heel counter, once again great lock down and feel with the bumpers. Good cushion at the metatarsals for a good forefoot ride. The bad: already falling apart, I've only done 8 road miles on them and the traction is already wearing//wha?? Also, it seems that the magic foam I love so dearly seems to be creasing and is a bit pieced together. Really weird, I'm afraid a chunk is going to fall off mid run. No rocker to bring you through your gait and you gotta work for it as it these things are flexible..really flexible. Don't feel the shank at all. I did hit my target times, but I hope they last another 8 miles or I'm out. I'm surprised people are putting these into their rotation. I'm 145, 6', and an efficient runner, they should not be falling apart at this phase. Boy, if Nike put even a 3/4 plate and a bit of rocker with more traction these would be the bomb. But, right now I will not be reordering a pair of these. I'm bummed. Nike, your killing me!!!! So close!

TL:DR -->. this shoe feels very similar to the last iteration of the Zoom Elite 9. Light and flexible, pretty soft underfoot with good return. If you are 175lbs+ you may feel some bottoming-out sensation running downhill or if you are a heel-striker. Definitely best for an efficient runner with a mid-foot strike. Very flexible throughout the foot, so you don't get the same rockered rolling push-off like you get in the carbon plate shoes like the Vaporfly or Alphafly. Maybe a hair soft for my liking on the track, but I've always preferred a firmer shoe on the track. In terms of fit, it locks down nice in the heel, has a nice wide toe-box, and the laces seem to grip. Set it and forget it. Seems like a great 5k shoe or half marathon show, although I'm not sure there is ... MoreTL:DR -->. this shoe feels very similar to the last iteration of the Zoom Elite 9. Seems like a great 5k shoe or half marathon show, although I'm not sure there is any benefit over the Vaporfly at those distances, where the VF probably is easier on the feet. Great speed day training shoe and i'll keep rotating it in.
Great shoe for the first few races I used them in, but problem is the foam seems to lose its responsiveness after only a couple of races. Not to mention they didn’t even make it a whole season before I noticed rips in the bottom. Wore down too quickly. Also the lack of a carbon plate is super noticeable in these after trying the Vaporflys. Good shoe, but could be better
These are great. Super light for a running shoe these days in a world of maximalist trainers. My size 13 pair is just over 7oz per shoe. Marketed as a 5k/10k shoe, but I routinely wear them for distances of 10-15 miles without issue. I've even done some decent gravel and trail distances in them. I weigh 185 so putting decent energy into my pair. Nice and roomy toe box, super comfy. Not as plush and springy as, say, Vaporfly Next%s, of course, but the light weight and comfort more than make up for that and it's a shoe I tend to reach for first even when doing double digit miles. I have a couple hundred miles on them and they're still going strong. Wishing they'd come out with some more subdued colorways similar to the protos instead of the loud oranges and purples ... MoreThese are great. Best Nike shoe yet, and maybe best recent running shoe from any company.
Shoes seemed comfortable enough, except they are too large, both size-wise and room from top to bottom, which causes shin splints and foot pain as you try to keep the shoes in place and not have foot slippage. For Nike lovers, this was not a max cushion shoe plus there was some kind of arch in the bottom that was uncomfortable for those that have to wear neutral shoes as a supinator.
Had to size up a half size in these. Maybe because they are unisex or maybe because they are racing shoes. But I ordered my usual size and went out for a run ... around mile 2 my toes just felt squished and super painful. Looking forward to getting the proper size because I love how lightweight they are!
10/10Comfort - extremely comfortable, provides great support.Weight - Very lightVersatility - from 100m sprints to 5k, this shoe provides a wide range of distances you can cover comfortablyBreathability - Allows for your feet to breath, not get super hot. Only downside is they can get wet.Traction - Great for running on the track, dirt, grass, or sidewalk.
I got back into shape a few years ago and have been using RR sports because of their superior customer service. I've found myself checking these out in store one day because another brand I usually wear wasn't in stock. After reading reviews online I was impressed with the 100% satisfaction mark these shoes were given. I must say when they came in I had to check to make sure shoes were actually in the box. These are so light it felt like an empty package when they came in. For something as light as these I could not get over how extremely comfortable and supportive they are. I'm not usually a Nike fan as they're shoes tend to be on the narrow side but these felt true to size. They felt like I was wearing nothing at all.
