This shoe was such an amazing product for running. I was blown away by how much this affected my daily runs. This shoe was such a lightweight shoe and when I put it on feet, it almost felt as if I hadn't even put on anything significant on my feet. Another potential downside of this shoe is the sole of the shoe as well. There is only true rubber on the sole in the forefoot area and the rest is just molded and exposed cushioning. This is probably to save on weight and to make it as light as possible without sacrificing performance but this will definitely wear down over time, and probably a lot faster for heel strike runners. Design wise, I am a big fan of the silhouette and it looks great in my opinion, even the bolder/brighter colorways as well. The only thing I would probably change about the shoe is adding a bit more protection in the heel portion of the sole because that exposed foam cushioning has already shown signs of deteriorating and will probably be gone after more running is done. With that addition, I believe that that could help the shoe last longer. Overall, this is an amazing running shoe created by Nike and I would definitely add this to the rotation for both casual runners and maybe even serious runners as well.

I liked that the shoe laces had texture and ridges so that the its less likely to become untied when walking/running. The tongue of the shoe has a padded portion towards the medial side and is wide enough that it covers part of the foot so your foot wont rub against the shoe (preventing blisters). The vamp is slightly angled off to the side making it little more stylish and sophisticated. I can't speak to the long term durability as I've only had these a couple weeks, but if you're looking for a lightweight, super comfortable shoe that's going to give you that extra motivation to get running, search no further!
This is exactly the combination of comfort and style that I have been searching for in a sneaker. I am a special education teacher and part of my job is walking in the community with my students daily. My feet used to hurt at the end of the day due to being on my feet so much, but not anymore since I’ve started wearing these shoes. They are supportive, cushioned, and extremely comfortable. Additionally, I’ve worn them on a trail walk with my young children which was not on a paved surface. They were sturdy on uneven terrain, and the open knit design of the fabric kept my feet cool. Unfortunately, the fabric design does limit the weather conditions in which these sneakers can be worn, but their superior comfort level outweighs this inconvenience for me.

When I was able to, I would suffer in pain post work out from an incorrect shoe fitting as a result of postpartum changes in my feet. Then I met the Nike Zoom Vaperfly Next 3. It provided maximum comfort around the top of my foot and allowed for increased agility without pressure from the tongue. The shoe also utilized side lacing. If you are not a kin to side lacing, this may also take a bit to get used to. The heel provides maximum bounce that you will notice upon placing the shoe on your foot. The large holes in the material of the shoe allow for maximum breathability, particularly in warmer climate. One downfall I would like to know it is that the material of the shoe is not soft and feels stiff at first. I believe this can be improved upon in future models. What I love most about this shoe is that it is not only great for running, but is also comfortable enough to wear all day, with the added bonus of comfort while having a baby in tow!

It is when you look closer that you notice the space age qualities to the shoes. The soles are very thick and on the outer side of each shoe there is a triangular cut out, whose purpose I don't know. The bottom of the sole also has a mini foot shape cutout, which you can't feel while wearing the sneakers, but makes me think these shoes aren't for trail running or this hole would get seriously mucked up. The sole on the back comes together to form a point. But the weirdest thing about this shoe is that instead of the laces coming up right up the center of the shoe, it veers off toward your pinky toe. While wearing the shoes, this slanted shoe lace thing made me feel odd about my feet.So here are the great things: 1) the shoe is very comfortable, except maybe 1/2 a size to little. 2) the shoe laces are ribbed so that the shoes stayed tied really easily. 3) the sneaker has really good traction. I accidentally wore them when it was snowing, despite my feet freezing (no fault of the shoe) I had amazing grip on slick side walks.
