Plus points: very sharp, high contrast image with great detail and surprisingly bright given the 30mm objectives. Comfortable to hold, even with my big hands, and can be carried all day. Although light it has a solid feel and gives a well made impression. Hinge tension is perfect, focussing is smooth with no backlash, easy diopter adjustment.Minus points: eye relief at 15.8mm is marginal for spectacle wearers and field of view can vary depending on design of frame. Comfort strap is absurdly long, changed mine to an Optech.Verdict: although I wear glasses and cannot see the entire field of view this binocular provides enough of a quality image together with easy portability that it is now my grab and go bin.

Excellent birdwatching binoculars

Nikon Monarch M7 10x30 Binoculars used for birdwatching.
