an excellent robust eyepiece. I'm not an optics expert, but the image seems very clear and bright to me. Screw mechanisms for adjusting eye relief and for zooming both very robust, and do not move out of position easily. Zoom mechanism well clear of front lens, making digiscope adapter fitting easy. Good solid material used in eyepiece manufacture, no soft rubber. Only slight negative is that After first few uses, I have found aligning the bayonet mechanism a little tricky when attaching the eyepiece.
