Great bowl alternative

This wobble bowl is great replacement of your classic bowl. It's engaging enough and will certainly prevent your dog from eating their meal too fast but it's not too difficult to figure out so the dog wont get frustrated.I would just recommend showing your dog the right technique first - push it with nose or paw - and make sure they do that. Our dog figured that grabbing the bowl by her teeth where the holes are and dragging it sideways will get heaps of crunchies out at once plus sometimes the lid can come undone when she does it so she can get to the while content at once. And that's cheating! :D Now that she knows, that's her preferred technique!

Great concept, extremely easy

This product is a great concept but there are so many openings it doesn’t take my dog long at all to complete it. I have taped all but two openings shut and he has to work a little harder to get it done! Would be better if made with only two smaller openings.

If only there were a cat-sized version

I bought this hoping that I could use it for my food-obsessed cat's daily kibble, as left out in an open bowl he will eat the entire day's food in under 2 minutes. Sadly it's a bit too big and heavy for him to rock more than a few times before putting the whole experience in the too-hard-basket, but he will happily stick his paws in the dispensing holes to grab the kibble within reaching distance. Another bonus is that it appears to be ant-proof. I'll be holding onto this for a while longer while he grows (he's still only 4 months old) to see whether it becomes more usable as he gets bigger, but if it doesn't it'll make a great gift for one of my friends' dogs. Great product, really well made, and I wish it came in a smaller size!

Lots of fun
25 January 2021

My pup loves this interactive toy and learned how to get his kibble out in the first few attempts. My only criticism of the product is that the little plug that fits in the hole on top is too easily removed and could be dangerous for a puppy chewing on it. He had that little rubber plug off in about 5 minutes so now I don't use it at all. Otherwise it is a great toy.

No for large breeds/chewers
21 September 2022

Nice idea but after seconds of giving this to my rottweiler he had the middle disc out and was close to swallowing it. Thankfully he is trained to drop. I would be cautious using this toy with dogs who are a large breed or power chewers. Thankfully this didnt end up with a vet trip - or worse, surgery. Good idea, but needs a better design.

Slow feeding, keeps him busy!
8 May 2021

Our puppy was starting to gulp down his whole meals within 5 seconds, so we were looking for a slow feeder bowl but thought this might be a fun alternative. We've had it about 2 months now and use it for every mealtime, the puppy still LOVES it. He has so much fun with it. He worked it out quite quickly and so if there were single dry treats in there he'd get them out within seconds. Perfect for slow feeding dry food though, and gives us chance to have a cuppa in peace while he eats!

Switch dog bowl with this puzzle!

My dog choose to eat his food from this puzzle instead of his bowl. He absolutely enjoy his food hunt. It's not too difficult but yet engaging.

Teresa for Macey & Logan
28 February 2021

I have a new puppy Logan & a 71/2 yr old lab Macey. They both have lots of fun with their 'wobble bowls'. Macey knew how to use it immediately, using her nose to make it wobble the kibble out, however, with the 6 holes she got her treats out pretty quick, so to make it more difficult & longer food play for her, I taped over 4 holes, that worked to challenge her longer. Puppy Logan was licking the see through top & puzzled because he couldn't get a kibble, that was funny for dog mom Teresa! I helped with tapping the wobble bowl with my hand & with holding his paw to tap until a kibble came out. He just needs some learning time.Just 1 concern...my puppy kept biting on the rubber hole stopper on top, so definitely you need to monitor during wobble bowl play!

Interestingly it took our puppy a while to get the hang on this, despite being very nose/pushing oriented. Sorted now and enjoyed. A great distraction for a while.

It is a great toy. My dog loves it, but wished there was a way to block off the holes as the dog gets better at getting the kibbles out. I am just taping the extra holes so not so much comes out at a time. Also, I wished there was a way to lock the lid in place. I have to tape that down too so the dog doesn’t get it off each time he plays with it. My dog can get pretty rough.
