I bought the black / crocodile leather, and I totally love this shoe. I will say I ordered a half size up after reading the other reviews and my personal experience with pointy toe shoes. I normally wear a 7.5 and I got the 8 and it fit great. Most of the time pointy toe shoes are rather tight in the toe area, so going up half a size normally takes care of that issue. I did put some "flower petal shoe inserts" for the balls of my feet because there wasn't enough cushioning. This could be the perfect shoe if the heel were a little thicker and if there were more cushioning. Other than that, this is a gorgeous, classy heel and I'm very happy with my purchase.

This is a beautiful shoe but, the day I wore them I carried them to the event in the box and put them on later. Unfortunately for me the shoes felt like they were both made for the same foot. These are one of my favorite pairs of pumps. The heel is pretty high but it's manageable. The heel being set back straight down rather then curving inwards like other heels takes a bit to get used to. Overall these pumps are great and I would recommend.

First—Macy’s needs to put together a QC program. I am tired of getting products that someone has returned but no one has bothered to double check or properly repackage before sending out again. Today, I received a pair of pumps and one is ruined because somewhere along the way, the packaging was soaked. Had the shoes been properly repackaged in the plastic, the one shoe that is ruined would have been. Upon inspection, the souls were scuffed.That said—I wear pumps nearly every day to work. And I even walk construction sites in them when I have to. Almost every pair that I own are Nine West. I prefer Nine West Flax for day-to-day wear and Nine West Tatiana for other occasions. So disappointed. They look great in the photo....but they hurt and looked very cheap. The fabric was an ugly satin and didn't cover the shoe very well. There were bubbles and ripples where the fabric apparently wasn't glued to the shoe. Very disappointing. Nine West Tatiana's are usually stunning and I own 5 pair. The only problem I have had with them is that they often run small and narrow so sometimes you need to order up half a size and sometimes the size is fine. My recommendation is to stay with genuine leather or suede as these are comfortable....and they will stretch a bit with wear. Fabric and fake leather are not as comfortable.
I bought this basic pump in black leather. It fits true to size and is of decent quality. Nine West is a good brand at this price point; I have a few pairs by NW and have never been disappointed. I cannot say the same for other brands at this price point. :)
Heels fit great, most comfortable pair I have ever worn. I had so many compliments they were absolutely stunning. Will be repurchasing from Nine West in future.

They didn't have my size in store so I ordered online. I wear size 9 and so I ordered both the yellow and green in my size. When they arrived couldn't wait to put them on. I tried them on right away and to my disappointment first step I took I walked right out of the shoes. They wouldn't stay on my heels. I tried on the green pair and had the same result. So I returned them to the store and had them reorder size 8 1/2. I love the shape and style of this pump. I needed a new pair of black pumps and this shoe looked like the perfect replacement. I ordered the shoes and when the shoes arrived the heel looked like it had been wrapped with black electric tape! The heel had tiny indent mark all over it. I returned the shoes and reordered them because I thought maybe it was just a flawed pair. The new pair had the same marks and I had to return the second pair as well. The marks looked like scars and I don't think it was part of the style of the patent leather. At least, I didn't like the look. I will have to continue my search.
I have been buying so many different brand of heels over the years - Jessica Simpson, Nine West, Steve Madden, Sam Edelman, etc...Nine West has taken over my pump collection due to the quality and comfort. If i don't feel like having to wait for them to stretch out, i get a size 10 - and then i get a little too much space in the back. I have wide feet and still order a medium width - and after a day or two wearing them in a 9.5 they end up stretching out to the PERFECT size. I'm sure you can get them stretched out professionally if you don't want to do it yourself... They are comfortable to stand in, walk in, ALL day. Nine West's quality is top notch!
