The product is very good in quality and presentation. In addition to that, we can talk that all information about the product is correct. It is not an acquisition for big guys and it is not to be used 'off road'. Perfect for the city. Two basics issues: when it is folded, the scooter does not have a good balance and it is not pleasant to carry. It is better to carry unfolded. And the maximum distance is 12 km. It is really not enough. We would love to count on the possibility to add more batteries to the scooter, even known that the product would become havier.

Considerably cheaper than other e scooters around so took a punt on one for Xmas. It’s nippy, easily foldable and easy to store. A bit bumpy to ride but expected with no suspension. 3 good riding modes, built in lights and app support for a good price. Agree with other reviews that the beeping it makes is ludicrous. Ridiculously noisy to set up and when it turns on and off but can get around it. Really enjoying it so far.

The noise it made when we first turned it on which we assume is the low battery noise is very very loud and cannot seem to turn it down. It makes the same volume sound when turning on and at other times. But after 4 days that seems to be the only issue. The battery time on the instructions is not as high as those on the item description. Not sure how accurate is in real life usage yet.

Absolute garbage!

I'm at the upper end of its weight range, but it's completely incapable of carrying me up even modest slopes. The specs claim 15km on a single charge, but in practice I get around 6.5km. That would be great if it weren't for the fact that the motor starts overheating after just 4km on flat terrain, at which point the acceleration is throttled down so low as to make the thing basically useless. As if all this weren't bad enough, the support from Segway is nothing short of atrocious! An email to their technical support went unanswered, while posting a plea for help to the T15 facebook group was blocked by their moderator, presumably because they don't want any negative publicity. Handy city commuter

I have had my T15 Air since November 2020 and it has been to many places with me via bike paths, public transport and cars. It folds down completely and I haven't had too many issues in stores, or on public transport as long as it is folded up and pushed like a small trolley beforehand., the latter has proven to be okay.There is no suspension so going over bumps or gravel paths can be a bit rattly but the tyres never require pumping. It definitely loves smooth surfaces so it'd be handy in a warehouse large office situation. The lights are pretty cool too and you can change them to suit. The range is only 15km so be sure to pack the battery with you just in case you need to charge up, anywhere there's a power socket.The only major issue I've had was transporting by air - electric scooters batteries are deemed dangerous goods via airplane as they exceed the wattage threshold. Still, it was transported by road through a freight company and I was reunited with it in Melbourne and back again. The scooter coped with many different surfaces and actually saved us unexpectedly on a couple of 'out of nowhere' blue-stone brick occasions. But its a do not try this at home scenario.In closing t15 Air is a nifty little scooter that looks good and rides well. I am very happy with it.

It is amazing transportation device

It is amazing transportation device if you live in the Big city such NYC, SF or any other big city but also not limited to people live in suburban area who like to go to park but like to cruse around. It is good for all terrains even in gravel or dirt road, just wish the bottom part has some steel frame around it or made out of steel to protect the plastic parts. Turning left and right pad should have more cushion since it can get pain after you are on it for a while. For me I am just converted to GoKart with the kit which is extremely easy to do. Overall, I am very happy with the purchased.

Received the MAX scooter last

Received the MAX scooter last week after waiting a month from preordering it direct from Segway and worth the wait. This is my Third Segway scooter, I have the ES3 that I bought from Costco, an ES4 that I bought from Segway and now the MAX. Riding the ES4 all last year I can say from experience the ES4 is amazing. However, all the things that needed to be changed up on the ES4 model to make almost perfect was done on the MAX with the exception of front and rear suspension. But with the big 10 inch bicycle tires on the Max it__ actually a smoother ride the ES4. Best changes are built in charging system. Now all you need is the plug in cord from the wall to the base of the unit. Great job putting it on the opposite side of the kickstand. Much bigger platform to stand on feels more rock solid and safer when riding. But the biggest and most noticeable difference for the upgrading changes is easily the braking system on the MAX. Holy cow what a difference compared to the ES3 and ES4. No comparison. Segway really hit it out of the ball park with the MAX, especially at this price point. I would never even consider buying another brand or model. I guarantee the new MAX is everything you wanted and hoped for this form of transportation. Mine goes 20 MPH, rode it 28 miles on a single charge the 2nd night and will go up any hill and I__ 5_11 175 pounds. I gave my 13 year old son the ES4 to use now that I have the MAX but will order another MAX the next time around for him. It__ just more solid and safer. Also on a side note. The ES4 started out functioning perfectly. Then about 3 weeks later it had electrical issues. I had to send it back for service under warranty. Segway with there awesome customer service sent me back a brand new ES4 scooter. Thanks for being a Top rated premier company. You have a loyal dedicated customer for life with me. Because of this, I have shown or told my friends & family all three scooters. Now they are huge fans and have ordered their own scooters to enjoy. We__e like a motorcycle gang going down the road all 12 of us now except we don__ make any noise, use no oil, can have a conversation while riding and look and dress so much nicer. These moving sidewalks are a game changer new way of life and the MAX is the new King of all scooters. It__ the Cadillac Escalade of Scooters.

However the "Padestrain mode" is app. triggered (I think) and cannot be set before running a certain mileage with the product. The cruise control takes away the difficulties in travelling in a constant speed once it kicks in with a beep. But it also takes away the thrills as the user becomes contented with cruising. A safe product that makes you go through the basics before you can push it to its designed limits. Unlike a regular push scooter. The limited steering angle of T15 prevents the user from turning it all around. Its lightweight design is not exactly lightweight for teens, but it prevents them from carrying it instead of learning to steer it. My 11-year old son hops onto it and rides with confidence after a couple of rounds. My 7-year old daughter didn't get it right until the "Padestrain Mode". Thereafter, she rides in any mode and was as good as her brother. My wife is a little slow in realising that she's got the basic bicycle balancing instinct. The "Padestraint Mode" allows her to ride without putting her legs down too many times. Thereafter, on a regular bicycle. She only need to focus on pushing the paddles and least on the balancing the bicycle. Overall, there is no regret getting the T15, which is a transition to a higher grade e-scooter. Bought it at much less than the initial market price, long after it's first launch. So its worth it with as my family took their first steps in e-scootering. However, the only setback is the registration before the annoying beeps goes away. Registering with email addresses didn't work as the retruning emails comes too late if it ever. Reluctantly, I trgger the registration with a mobile number and it works perfectly.

T15 Pro's and Con's

Purchased due to it's ability to fold up nicely, meaning I wouldn't have to secure it outside when going into the shops and it does just that. It easily folds up and it's a little akward to wheel around like a suit case behind me but does make it much more compact to carry on public transport etc. (seating it between my legs on the train etc) As per online reviews up hill is an issue but as long as you have it on Sports mode it does just fine. I had it on Eco as I went on a long ride and it really struggled up the slightest incline but the battery went for a considerable time. Best suited for smooth flat surfaces, you'll feel every bump in the road on this. Handles nicely. Took a bit of getting used too with such a short area for someone used of a wide stance. brilliant compact folding scooter

My main criteria for getting a scooter was one that folded easily and was very compact. The T15 puts this criteria first. As a result the other features are compromised. There is no suspension and the wheels are small so it can be a hard ride. However the build quality is excellent, its easy to fold and unfold one handed. It's light. It's perfect for cruising around my local area. I can fold it and wheel it into the library with me and put it under the couch I'm sitting on.It has three speed modes.It has cruise control.It has a very cool front mood light that you can customise.It has adjustable regenerative braking.However if you want high speed and long range this isn't your scooter.
