This product is pretty sturdy as with all ninja products the quality is always a hit. I love that there are two basket for dual cooking and that it’s stacked to maximize space on your countertop. Cleaning is a breeze just remover the basket completely was and dry and put it back in. Now the issue I have is that I don’t feel like my food gets crispy as it did with my old one basked air fryer no it’s not a ninja. Also trying to get the temp in a specific basket was giving me such a hard time it maybe used error but I like an easy product. This air fryer also has so weight to it she’s very heavy but good thing is depending on how your cabinets are made it can fit under the counter in the cabinet. Excellent Product! Great for RV/Travel Trailer Use

After seeing some YouTube reviews of this air fryer, I almost cancelled the order. Although, after receiving it, I’m glad that I didn’t. One of the greatest things about this is it can be easily travelled with in a rv/travel trailer. It’s small enough that there isn’t an issue with space. It’s also great for your house, as it doesn’t take up a ton of space on the countertop. My wife and I have been impressed by the cooking results. We had no issues with the unit not being able to cook better than most home ovens. When doing vegetables, or any small foods, it is best to remove the oven drawer, and mix it around. The overall cleanup up/messiness within the oven is non comparable to other types of air fryers. All the mess is contained within each drawer. On most meals we have not even had to soak the drawer, nor scrub it in order to get it clean. The non-stick coating is very good, and just rinsing it by hand with soap can get the drawers clean. This was the biggest issue we had with our last air fryer by Instant. The interior of the oven would get really dirty, and parts of it were very hard to clean. Overall I would highly recommend this product. Would I buy it again? Absolutely! Would I buy it over a traditional oven style air fryer? Without a doubt!

Fabulous device

I just received my Ninja air fryer that air frys, bakes, dehydrates, roasts.....and so far have roasted a whole roasted chicken, warmed leftovers, and air fried sweet potatoes. Everything turns out amazing! It is quick and efficient and easy to clean, something I was worried about. I can't even overcook or burn anything anymore, as I set the time ad the unit turns itself off then. It's large enough to make several large portions of whatever I'm making, and yet only takes up a small part of my kitchen counter because the units are stacked up, and not side by side. I take pictures of all my creations and send them to my kids. Something tells me they will be buying themselves one now. After all, mom knows best and I was the one who taught them how to cook! Taking cooking to new heights.

Our old air fryer died after 5 years of use so it was time for a new one and the Ninja Double Stack seemed like the perfect replacement. My wife wanted something larger without taking much more counter space than her old one. The new Ninja is about 40% larger and the fact that it can make up to 4 different foods simultaneously @ 2 different temperatures is really nice. We've used it several times now & it works great. It's quieter than our old one and cleaning it is much easier. For those of you who can't find the actual measurements of the 2 cooking tubs, the measurements are 7 1/8" wide X 8 3/8" deep X 4" high. The 4" is with the crisper plate installed. We couldn't find that info anywhere including customer service, so here it is. Works as Advertised!

I just received my Ninja Double Stack Air Fryer. So far I love it. I wanted a dual basket air fryer but the design of the models prior to this one were too wide to fit on my countertop. Bravo to Ninja for coming up with a stackable solution that definitely works for me. I live in a motor home and have a very small kitchen with limited counter space. It fits perfectly in a corner that provides adequate ventilation and I have enough counter space in front of the machine to easily pull out the baskets. I am impressed with the cooking functions and cleanup so far but am still in the testing phase. Some people who bought the UK model have complained about uneven cooking and extended cooking times. The air fryer is advertised as being “XL”, well unfortunately half of the air-fryer is a machine. It visually looks “big” but once you take the baskets out and really look at it, it’s extremely disappointing, each basket is like it’s own “mini fryer”. The box displays that you’ll be able to fit a chicken inside of it, but I think that was meant to advertise its space, which is completely false. It would have to be an extremely small chicken to fully fit inside. It’s also advised as having two layers in each basket. Yes they are two layers but each layer is relatively small. I don’t know why nobody thought of making a double basket air fryer before! This has been a game changer because I am able to literally cook an ENTIRE MEAL at once, without heating up the house with the oven and wasting all that energy. So far, I’ve made a complete “roasted” chicken dinner (chicken in top basket), rosemary potatoes and brussel sprouts (in the bottom). Everything came out absolutely perfect! Even the brussels sprouts were crispy and delicious. I also made lemon salmon (top), with yams and green beans (bottom). my son made wings and they came out fabulous too.
