I bought thse about a month ago. I am not impressed. No matter what you cook, it sticks to the bottom and is very difficult to clean off the stuck on food. I have other stainless cookware and food does not stick like that. I have let them soak in warm water and I have used baking soda and vinegar. It works some of the time but they have to soak for a long time. Who wants to soak their pots and pans every time they prepare food.? Also, the second I took the pots and pans out of the box and washed them with dish cleaner and water, they turned slighly bronze in color. This set is not cheap. I am not happy not happy with my purchase.

Let me say that spaghetti night was amazing with this cookware set.

Seriously, buy this! The design alone is amazing as well as everything else! The cookware is non-stick which is perfect for cooking. It is very easy to clean. It came with matching lids that fit securely to the pans they come with, no gaps. The handles do not get hot when in use, I repeat, they do not get hot!! Which is a selling point on its own because you would think a metal pan with a metal handle would get hot, but nope! I tested on the stove cooking breakfast and dinner multiple times and none of them got hot! I highly recommend this dish set! It is heavy and sturdy and will last!

This is not the first set of stainless-steel cookware that I own. It is my preferred type of cookware and I was excited to try the Ninja brand, as it's a brand I trust. This set is beautiful, and I like that it comes with more lids than you see in other sets. I especially like that there is a lid for the largest size- rarely seen! These pans are heavy and sturdy and can go from stovetop to oven. These weren't the fastest to heat up, but they did keep an even temperature and stayed warm for a while after the heat was off. I had no issues with scrubbing and handwashing. The only real issue i had was the smoothness and shape of the handles. As a cook my hands aren't always dry and the handles heaviness, shape and texture can cause a slipping issue.
I purchased the Ninja EverClad 12-Piece Tri-Ply Commercial-Grade Stainless Steel Cookware - Model# C99000A through the Sam's doorbuster $100 off deal in early November 2023. The pots feel substantial, distribute heat evenly, look like new money, and are a joy to cook with. The pots are easy to clean with some dish soap, a plain sponge, and Bar Keeper's Friend (only when necessary). I love that the lids are also stackable and my cabinet pot storage no longer looks wild and crazy. This set is all I'll need and should last for quite some time ... two months in and I'm definitely pleased with this purchase!
This Ninja cookware set is high quality and commercial grade. It's heavy duty and made to last. I'm impressed with the performance. My roast came out perfectly seared. I've tried soup, rice, omelets and bacon and all came out great without any hot spots or scorching. These pots and pans are heavy and triple ply which helps with the overall performance. I really like that these can go from stovetop to oven. Cleanup is easy even though my hard water left some spots. I washed them with vinegar water then dried immediately and they were back to being spotless. I love how tough these are and with alittle care and not using anything too abrasive these will last a lifetime.
I just started using this but so far love it. I like the heavier weight. I'm not fond of light aluminum. I am using these on an induction cooktop and they wirk perfectly. Cleaning has been goid by hand. Dishwasher gets installed today so expect that to be fine. I highly recommend. Got a great deal from Sam's Club.

Buy stainless steel once and you're done. I still have my 3 ply pans from 35 years ago, but started using this set and I may be switching to it. I love the clear lids so I can see what's going on while I cook. I can put these from stove to oven because of the riveted steel handles. The heavy 3-ply stainless with aluminum core helps them cook evenly. I did try washing them in the dishwasher and they come out great, but usually I wash by hand because they take up so much room in our vintage dishwasher. If you happen to forget something on the stove and it burns, just sprinkle baking soda on it, put some water in and bring it to a boil. The burnt food just floats away. Overall, this is a great value for a quality set of pots and pans that you only need to buy once.
These pots and pans are beautiful and are easy to cook on. It comes with every pot and pan you will ever need. The handles are nice and sturdy. Eggs that just slide right of without sticking to the pan. The pans are great and makes soups and such with ease. The lids are also nice and sturdy and well made. With the stainless steel it cooks nice and fast. They are easy to clean so no need to hard scrub them to get them clean. With proper care these should last for years.

They are really sturdy and slightly heavy and I love the extra side holder to help my old self lift them easier. I made a recipe in the biggest pan using a metal spatula to stir it and noticed some mild scratching on the pan interior (see photo). I don’t really care about the scratching as I bought these to use, not to display.I added a few photos to address a couple questions I had: the handles are solid and mostly rounded and the little side thingy for stacking is big enough to use to help grasp the pan. Additionally on the inside of the lid knob there is a little plastic ring that locks one lid into another for stacking.These are the most awesome pans I’ve ever owned! I can’t wait for Ninja to sell these individually so I can add one more small pot to my collection.If I encounter any problems I will come back and update this review.
