Just last month I decided to upgrade my personal sized blender when my Magic Bullet blender decided to give out after five years. I had some frustrations with that blender being too small and leaving chunks of fruit in my smoothies. I did some research and found this Ninja blender and decided to give this a try. I have a Ninja air fryer and I’ve loved the quality so this felt like a safe bet. I’m happy to confirm that this was the right choice for me. The two 24oz cups are the perfect size for my needs. I only have a household of two so a regular sized blender is way too big but the 16oz size of other personal blenders left me having to blend things in batches. I will say that this blender is much louder than my previous one but it’s also much more powerful so it ... MoreJust last month I decided to upgrade my personal sized blender when my Magic Bullet blender decided to give out after five years. I will say that this blender is much louder than my previous one but it’s also much more powerful so it blends things down faster than what I’m used to (just something to consider). I’ve made smoothies with the special smoothie setting and it gets my drink perfect every time without having to manually hold down the machine. It crushes ice like it’s nothing, I’ve ground coffee beans with ease, and I make the best chunky salsa with the pulse option. I love that this machine is hands free so you don’t have to keep holding it down and the different settings give you the choice to have as much control over the blending process as you want. Even though the machine has the auto IQ feature, you can always interrupt each process with the start/stop button. Overall, this is my current favorite addition to my kitchen that I use daily. It’s compact and cleans very easily and has suction cups that keep it from sliding around your counter. The style is sleek and it looks great on my counter top.

This is my 2nd Nutri-Blender. The first one lasted for many years and had finally started to smell like the motor was giving out. This new one not only has a more powerful motor, it also has a larger cup size. My previous one was 24oz and this one is 32oz. This allows me to put everything in my daily nutrition shake that I want to without overstuffing the cup. (That may be why the old one started to die) But also, with the larger diameter of the bottom of the cup I can clean out the cup so much easier than before. I don't have a large hand, but trying to get things stuck on the walls of the cup was difficult towards the bottom. So far, 1 month, I love this new Ninja even more than my previous one!PS I only found the one with the 32oz cup at Sam's Club. I've been using this blender for the past few months and have been consistently impressed with its performance. I have primarily been using it for smoothies and sauces, which it tackles without any issues. The ONLY issue that I have found does not have to do with the blender but with the cap on the lids - there is no way to keep them hinged during use - they do a great job and creating a seal, but when you flip it open, instead of just hinging, the thing pops off. During transit to work, I have never felt that my smoothie was going to slip/leak because of this. It is only after you try to flip it open that it causes an issue. I'll live with it - the entire set was $40 as a doorbuster sale, which was a DEAL.In summary:Blender base and blades: 10/10Canisters: ... MoreI've been using this blender for the past few months and have been consistently impressed with its performance. I bought the previous version on Aug 28, 2022. Since almost the beginning I have leaking issues with the blade lid. I didn’t have the time to exchange. On September (like 1 week after the year of buying it) I was blending something and it started to smell horrible burn. I stop using it, I asked on BJ’s about the replacement but the warranty had expired a few days ago. I haven’t use it for months, yesterday I was using it again and I have the same issue.I have owned different Ninja products. I was happy with the Ninja Master prep, it stopped working but at least it lasted 4 years. I am super disappointed. I was a Ninja fan and I used to recommend to all my friends. I thinking to buy a Ninja foodie (was my 1st option), but today I decided for a different brand.
Awesome cibsistency, powers right through frozen fruit, mixes with honey fairly well (i recommend putting the honey in first, as well as any other added ingredients and powders.) Just make sure to add enough liquid, or it wont blend correctly (i think that is par for most blenders.) Made smoothie with blackberries and raspberries, and though i still got some of ther seeds, i could enjoy the smoothie. Awesome to have 2 different size cups w/lids, and they seal well!! No leaking, and the suction cups a very good at hold it down (it's a powerful machine that moves quite a bit!) i did notice that if it happens to come lose (because it's able to move on a loose surface, like a burner cover) it will stop, and can be put back into place and continue to blend. Though it is loud, it may become tolerable, at least it seemed to sound more like a regular blender to me on the 2nd day of use. Doesnt take up a lot of room, and looks pretty good on the counter. As someone who really makes thick smoothies, i approve this powerful machine and its easy clean-up!! Awesome Ninja!
This Ninja Pro Personal Blender is awesome for beautifully crushing ice for icy drinks and for making amazing smoothies. I like it way better than my VitaMix, and the price of this Ninja Pro is a fraction of a VitaMix! Frozen fruit and ice are no problem for this Ninja. I enjoy quickly making delicious iced mocha coffee drinks as well as frozen fruit smoothies. The Ninja finely crushes ice perfectly in seconds. If you are trying to get to a more healthy weight like I am, the ice coffees are very filling and helpful. Making fruit and or veggie smoothies are an easy way to add more nutrition into your diet. I like that this machine is not big and bulky, making it easy to store. The blender containers that double into drinking cups is genius. Now, the Ninja is loud, but if you want a machine that can handle ice and frozen fruit without frustration, you have to have a powerful motor. I got rid of my VitaMix, and I have purchased two more Ninja Pro Personal Blenders for gifts for family members. I think that they make an outstanding gift to contribute to one's enjoyment and health long term. Highly recommend!
Food prep and eating better go hand in hand with me.When I am sat debating what to munch, (when I shouldn't be), if I have something healthy prepared, that I can just have NOW, I am more likely to grab it rather than grab something I have to make.Fruit, or veggies, whatever, it goes in my smoothie, I make them, and in the fridge they go, unless I want it iced, then I make it now, but this really is helping me make better food decisions.I got this almost 2 weeks ago, or something close, and I love this, I have had all but a pick up truck in it, and I just love it.I use it 1-2 times per day, and it demolishes anything I put in it especially those annoying pips and seeds.Almonds I do 2 rounds, but thats personal choice. but If anyone wants a smoothie maker that ... MoreFood prep and eating better go hand in hand with me.When I am sat debating what to munch, (when I shouldn't be), if I have something healthy prepared, that I can just have NOW, I am more likely to grab it rather than grab something I have to make.Fruit, or veggies, whatever, it goes in my smoothie, I make them, and in the fridge they go, unless I want it iced, then I make it now, but this really is helping me make better food decisions.I got this almost 2 weeks ago, or something close, and I love this, I have had all but a pick up truck in it, and I just love it.I use it 1-2 times per day, and it demolishes anything I put in it especially those annoying pips and seeds.Almonds I do 2 rounds, but thats personal choice. but If anyone wants a smoothie maker that works well, for a decent price, head over to Walmart, they cost more in other stores. It is very sturdy, powerful, and feels well made.
I bought one for myself and a few for presents when they went on sale at the beginning of December 2023. I've been using mine for almost a month. It's just right for what I needed, and the two programs for smoothie or crushing ice work well. I like the larger containers that double as a travel mug. My favorite smoothie is approximately 1 c. almond milk or a little more, about 12 ice cubes or frozen fruit, and a scoop or two of protein powder. It turns an ordinary meal shake into an extra ordinary frozen treat similar to a milkshake. I plan on trying some other recipes too. It's easy to clean as well by just adding some warm water with a drop or two of dish liquid and pulse for a few seconds. The product has suction cups, which secure it to the counter top (if ... MoreI bought one for myself and a few for presents when they went on sale at the beginning of December 2023. It can be difficult to remove if you just try to pull it off. Since I don't walk away from the machine while it's working, I usually just set the Ninja on top of a non-stick cutting board and stay with it. It doesn't seem to be bounce around at least for the drinks I have blended so far, but it could! Suction cups or not, I probably would not leave unattended. It only takes about a minute for the perfect personal drink. It is loud. This is a niche item but works well. The ice in my meal shakes is processed so well that it can easily be sipped through a straw just using the auto setting for smoothie. It is a small size with just the pieces I need making it easy to use, clean, and store.
Was so excited to get this, but was disappointed. Hard to get blade to press down in ice. It was advertised as if it is easy to press down. Took so long to crush all the ice that much melted before finishing. A watery slushy is not ideal. It’s no longer a slushy but a drink. It also leaked into the machine. This was why I replaced my $20 Magic Bullet Mini-because it leaked. I was shocked an expensive Ninja leaked from the cup into the machine. I also didn’t like the way it times out during blending modes. The slow pace allows too much time for ice to melt. It also left much of the ice at the top. It didn’t seem to have enough power to move everything around in the cup to blend or crush. I still had to detach and shake it a little bit to mix things around and then place it back on to blend more. Again, another reason why I wanted to replace my cheaper one. I expected better performance from a Ninja! If you want a constant pulse you have to stand there and keep the pulse button pressed. Why did they not create a steady pulse option without need to be pressed at all times. That’s why we bought this; for ease and quick blending. I didn’t like the different blending features. I just was not impressed with this at all. I was very disappointed. So I will be returning and looking for something else to fit my needs.
I bought this in January 2022 and it worked great up until a month or two ago. I noticed a strange sound while blending and took out the screws on the bottom of the blender. 3 or 4 small pieces of plastic fell out of the bottom. They appeared to have screw marks on them. The mechanism (silver blades inside the blender) that makes the blender blend is now loose inside of the blender and it makes an awful noise when blending. I assume the plastic pieces that fell out helped house the blending mechanism to the rest of the blender. I talked with customer support and the best the could do was give me a discount for a new blender. I'd expect a Ninja product to last more than 22 months so I declined.
