This food processor is unreal. I use it for everything! Cookie dough is one of my favorite uses, but I've added photos of the Chop function. I prepped my carrots, green beans and mushrooms to 2" pieces as instructed, and used the Chop function two times. Perfect sizes veggies for soup! I love this thing. It's not too loud, not heavy, and SUPER easy to clean. No nooks and crannies for food to get stuck in. I'm obsessed.i love this stuff is super useful im obsessed just throw it in the dishwasher and clean 🤗

I purchased this food processor because I have other Ninja products and love them. This was a fantastic purchase (on sale of course). It is a work horse, It chops way better than my 25 year old Kitchenaid, I love that the blade has multiple blades not just one on the bottom. I have not used the disc's yet, but so far everything else works great. Cleaning so far has been a breeze, but I can see where it to be a problem to get in the nook and crannies, as there are a lot. I tend not to put items in the dishwasher even though it says it's safe, I find plastic items tend to discolour or warp.

This is a good sized processor that makes great smoothies, chops dates, veggies, purees sauces, and is not too noisy. Rubber feet keep it securely on the counter. I haven't tried the dough hook yet but looking forward to that feature. The blades are really sharp so be careful using and cleaning. Recipe book it comes with is handy as well in deciding what features to use. Really like this processor!

The motor is powerfully. The capacity is large and same capacity for fluids as solids. The blades are two levels for larger quantities and the sides have built in blade like segments to help with mixing the even processing. The drawback for both features it is difficult to get purées and processed food out. Whatever is between the blades and whatever stuck on the sides. So a chore to get all food out and for small batch is mostly splashed everywhere.
First time owning a food processor and can't believe I lived without one for so long. After using it tonight for the first time, here's my takeaways.1) It's mentioned 50 times in the manual, but it's worth reiterating that the chopping blade is SHARP. I accidentally brushed my finger against it while picking up something next to it and it drew blood. I barely touched it. Respect the blade and keep it away from your work area when not actively in use. You'll need a dish brush to keep your hands safe while washing it.2) The Chop function is decent and did about as good a job as I expected. I cut half an onion and two bell peppers into 2" pieces before adding them to the bowl. I used the Chop button, which pulses 3 times. I cut half an onion and two bell peppers into 2" pieces before adding them to the bowl. I used the Chop button, which pulses 3 times. I still saw some large chunks so I used the Pulse button twice. I ended up with a mix of minced and 1/2" pieces. Not perfect but I hate chopping by hand, so I can live with it.3) I read in the manual that you cannot use this machine with dry foods. No big deal for me, but I don't remember seeing that in the product description, so thought it worth mentioning.4) I used this machine to make jalapeno cheddar cornbread and it worked very well. I first used the Disc to shred an 8 oz block of cheese, which fit perfectly in the chute without having to cut it down first. I then inserted the dough blade and poured in my cornbread mix, eggs, oil, milk, sour cream, jalapenos, and shredded cheese. I used the low setting for about 10 to 15 seconds and it mixed everything perfectly.5) This machine comes with a Chopping blade, a Dough blade, and a Disc that sits on a spindle. I store the chopping blade inside the bowl because it's a weapon. I toss the spindle in there as well, but the other two accessories don't fit inside with the lid on, so they have to be stored separately.6) There's a small opening on top of the bowl handle where water can get in, so I cover the gap with my thumb when I wash it.7) The base has suction cups that stick to my quartz countertops so well that every time I want to reposition it, I have to pry each suction cup off the counter one at a time to lift the machine. I found that to be annoying, but it doesn't budge when in use, so I suppose it works as intended.8) This model doesn't have a Puree button but I pureed some baked sweet potatoes using the Chopping blade on the low setting for about 15 seconds. Perfect.9) It's a lot quieter than I expected but I've only used it on low.10) It feels well made and durable and looks great on my counter.Overall, this machine made cooking way easier for me. I'm a slow chopper and normally have to do all my chopping before I can start cooking. Tonight, I was able to chop as I cooked and it made everything go much faster. I'm excited to see what else I can do with this machine!
I bought this to replace an old processor from a cheaper company because the bowl was cracked and I thought it was time for an upgrade.Pros: 1. comes with a dough blade if you like to mix dough2. the slicing blade is VERY sharp and minced my cookie filling very quickly.3. it seals well on the top so flour and ingredients stay locked in pretty well. (my old processor would send plumes of flour everywhere.)Cons: 1. the blade is VERY sharp, And the shape is awkward to handle safely. I cut myself twice in 5 minutes and it sliced through my hand really easily. I don't feel safe with it.2. very loud!! I can't stand the sound it makes. It's shrill and enough to make me never want to use it again. If you are an experienced cook and do okay with sharp objects it may ... MoreI bought this to replace an old processor from a cheaper company because the bowl was cracked and I thought it was time for an upgrade.Pros: 1. comes with a dough blade if you like to mix dough2. the slicing blade is VERY sharp and minced my cookie filling very quickly.3. it seals well on the top so flour and ingredients stay locked in pretty well. But for new cooks or younger people (teens learning to cook) I would definitely not feel safe. The price is reasonable for the effective job it does at cutting.
I was looking for something to help me spend less time with all the chopping and slicing of vegetables in food prep. I prepare several meals daily for my husband that works 10 to 12 hour shifts. I also have an old Lab that we dearly love and started making homemade food for her several months ago when she became quite ill and would not eat.Standing so long in the kitchen was creating problems for my back and knees so it was time to try to streamline more. The reviews for food processors under $100 were not the greatest even among the kitchen favorite brands. Ninja offered the highest watts of power at 850 with the most features for my needs.... Chopping and slicing with some variety. The instructions were very easy as was the assembly of the processor. Ninja offered the highest watts of power at 850 with the most features for my needs.... Chopping and slicing with some variety. The instructions were very easy as was the assembly of the processor. I made sure to take extra care with the extremely sharp blades as noted when washing for the first time. The unit is lightweight but stays fixed with the suction feet to the counter. I threw some celery in for tuna and it was chopped in a matter of seconds. My husband likes vegetable fine so I pressed the preset chop button for a 2nd time to accommodate. Easy Peasy. Green Onion was also chopped quickly and efficiently. Within a few minutes great Tuna Salad. Because it is a new toy I was anxious to try the slicing attachment. The Ninja was a wiz with cucumbers, tomatoes and celery. I tried shredding a bell pepper which didn't come out to good....but I think that feature probably needs harder vegetables like carrots, potatoes and cabbage. I will try those things for a coleslaw soon. I might mention I am new to this food processing world so will have some trial and errors. Clean up is a breeze! Instructions indicate items are top shelf dishwasher safe. I just washed by hand by putting some dish soap in the bowl with blades and lid. Be sure to use a sponge or handled washing utensil because the blade is sharp and you don't want to cut yourself. The instructions also indicate adding a bit of dish soap to the processor before taking apart and turning on to clean. Super happy with this purchase since it ticks many needs and is not too big or heavy. I might add this also came with a dough blade and capable of doing various doughs for pizza, pretzels, rolls, etc. Another feature unheard of in this price range but the 850 watt motor can handle it. Next will be the test of time. I hope to be able to provide a follow up review in a few months!
This was an Online Order %26 this item was Delivered from the Store. Item came Defective, item didn’t work, the top wouldn't go on CORRECTLY, as soon, as i opened up box the blade was exposed and the Blade Sliced my hand almost cutting off my finger off. When I took my Return back to my local store in Elizabeth City, NC the Older Black Lady with black hair with Red Dye in her hair laughed when we told her that we sliced our hand on the BLADE, %26 there was blood all over the place. This Walmart employee had her name badge turned so we couldn't get her name. We did infact report her to Hannah the manager %26 Called Walmart customer service to file a report. I wouldn't recommend this item to anyone.
I bought this and had it delivered the next day. The box had a huge hole in it. When I took it out of the box you could immediately see scratches all over. There were food and water stains. You could clearly see dried old flour and particles in several places throughout the unit. This was clearly a returned product and Walmart did a poor job inspecting before considering to resale. Charging full price for a used, unclean food processor is unacceptable. I don’t mind buying a used appliances but I specifically made sure I was buying a new not the refurbished one. Ninja has nasty customer service. Walmart isn’t any better, Walmart is notorious for reselling anything to keep a profit, they do not care the condition and the company is not having the right individuals ... MoreI bought this and had it delivered the next day. Ninja has nasty customer service. Walmart isn’t any better, Walmart is notorious for reselling anything to keep a profit, they do not care the condition and the company is not having the right individuals with integrity and honesty working there and doing their jobs properly because this is a regular occurrence with this company. I really feel like it’s best not to buy anything from Walmart because it’s always something and then the customer ends up being the one at fault even with clear evidence. If you return to many of their faulty products they put you in a situation where you can’t even return anymore which is very unfair.
i love this processor for the power and accessoris.however,my first use was to shepred cabbage, did a great job but a few little bits of cabbage got stuck under that gasket on the lid. i tried everything to pick them out but eventually had to remove the gasket to get it cleaned.so, now like other appliences i have with these gaskets that are simple to put back this one was impossible. due to the two tabs on the edge of it.i even went to the store to look at the floor model. still couldn't get it on without twisting because of the tabs. they were easy to figure out where they went on the lid but not possible to do.Still in warrenty i called Ninja and told them. they wanted me to pay for a new lid and bowl!!! I got a bit upset and pointed out to her that was food that got in there and i wasn’t about to leave it, theres a problem because of these tabs, she said it was my fault. It took awhile and by showing a video of this lid with the problem I'm finally going to get a free replacement. My advice is buy it but take pictures of the gasket placement for future reference, or don't shred cabbage.even my instapot doesn't have these tabs. As soon as I get the new one I'm going to cut those tabs off the old one and see how that works.
