Bought this product last week. Wouldn't work most of the time - no power getting through to the unit. Got it to work by wriggling the plug. Took the oven back to the retailer and got a replacement oven. Took it home and experiencing the exact same problems! Power gets through to the oven sometimes. Also, when pressing the reset button and test button, the indicator light does NOT come on - i.e. no orange light. If I take it back again for a replacement oven, I'm pretty sure that I will just have the same problem again! I can't believe that no one else is having this problem. The plug is FAULTY!! I haven't actually been able to cook anything in the oven yet!

Life changing may seem like an exaggeration but as pizza lovers this has significantly improved our lives. The pizzas that are churned out are delicious, smoky and SO FAST! Clean up is a breeze too. We can't wait to try baking bread and smoking ribs in our oven

I've now used it quite a few times just this week alone! The style is gorgeous and so compact, but most importantly it's so easy to setup and quick to cook foods.Made life so much easier for our family get-togethers.
