Also, another minor problem that I noticed is that the color of the yellow joy con is not the same as the photos. It’s more of a highlighter yellow/green than a pastel yellow. I still think they’re cute though. Hopefully this helps someone else out! <3

Immediately upon opening the box, I could tell these weren't legit. Which essentially isn't the worst thing since we have purchased knock-offs that worked before. However, after using them, the "a" button didn't work among other issues. The controllers just didn't look or feel right. For comparison, I will provide photos for the controllers in comparison to legitimate Nintendo switch controllers we have purchased in the past. I contacted the seller and have not heard anything back. I then contacted Walmart about it, and they made it right. Other than that, I will no longer be purchasing Nintendo Switch controllers from Walmart because we have had too many issues with them.

These joycons are fake. The box lists them as blue and red even though the image on the box shows them as pink and yellow. The actual joycons feel extremely cheap compared to real joycons, and the rumble is extremely loud and does not feel anything like HD rumble found in real joycons. All of the buttons have a weird click to them not found in real joycons, and the sticks feel very cheap and overall bad. Do not waste your money on this just becuase of the lower price, just get a real pair that you 100% know is going to be legit.

It’s a shame that the controllers did not charge the way they should have. For some reason they don’t completely charge. Playing with my children the remote controllers would die off pretty quick and cut our playtime down to a minimum or where a child is playing by themselves when they want to play with someone in the house together with them. It’s rather disappointing that we cannot use them. We’d like to because they don’t work properly. I’ve even considered purchasing more items to see if we can get it to charge. However, it’s a shame to purchase more product for an item that should work properly. Not very fun if you can’t use them to play.
The picture shows the arm straps attached to the joycon so you think it's supposed to be on there for game play.There's only one problem: you can't get them back off to charge the joycon.And there's no paperwork to tell you what the extra enclosures are for and how to use them.So I paid $80 for two useless pieces of plastic because I never got to charge these things or use them a single time.Is Nintendo that broke that they can't give you a small piece of paper with instructions?Taking this back and going third party!
The product you will receive is not Nintendo brand as shown. The box I got did not look like the box in the product description and the controllers did not match the ones in the picture either. When I contacted the company about it the only response they would give me is "This is Nintendo brand. We hope you enjoy." They sent that response to me twice and then just ignored my emails after that. The sticker on the box even had a different manufacturer name but they insisted it was Nintendo brand even when I sent side by side comparison pictures of the product page and what I actually got. Do not buy from this company. They are trying to sell brand name products for brand name prices and then sending off brand.

I would give these zero stars if I could. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. These controllers are trash that are nowhere near the quality expected from Nintendo. I will be returning these and purchasing replacements from another retailer since apparently, Walmart is so desperate to become the new Amazon they don't properly vet what is being sold on their website.

These are really good fakes, and it took me a year to finally find fake info online to determine what they were. the screws are phillips heads and not tri wing security screws. i think that covers all the fakeness.
