This Nintendo switch pro controller I purchased is a fake. The packaging was a red flag immediately, as the box art looks fuzzy and blown up, along with the text being entirely in Japanese. I own a real pro controller, and this one that I purchased is noticeably lighter, has different plastic, and different engravings on the back side. The LB and RB buttons do not work properly, sometimes they just stop working for minutes at a time. I purchased this specifically to play Splatoon 3, and the controller literally just will not work with the game. I can't get past the start menu. I wanted to check if there was an amiibo reader, but since I can't open the game I do not know.

It is not the original Nintendo Switch Pro controller, but as a alternate to the original, it is of decent quality, the ZL button had a bit of an issue at first, but started working properly after multiple presses.

Bootleg controller. Stopped working properly within a month. Wouldn’t hold a charge at all. Since this is a bootleg product, you can’t return it at Walmart. You have to ship it back to china and deal with their threatening and intimidation tactics. I constantly received emails from the seller offering me 25% of my money back if I just keep the product. After quite a few emails escalating in threats I was finally able to get my full refund. Don’t buy this bootleg product.
Easily the coolest special edition pro controller. i have larger hands and i thought it would be bigger but its still a lot bigger than the controllers that come with the switch.
