Have been using nioxin for 2 years after I started with hair fall and thinning hair due to stress, it really helped and I started on the no. 2 I'm now on the no. 1 system, I use the shampoo once a week now but continue to use the conditioner everytime I was, as it really helps to keep my hair strong so less breakage.
