I have been using this shampoo for the last 3 weeks. it is too soon to tell whether it will hold up to its claim of thicker hair, so I can’t take or add stars for that. It probably would take 6 months to notice tbh, since that’s how long it would take for hair to noticeable grow out. Anyways, there are still things that I like and dislike about this shampoo. I like the simplicity of packaging. It’s thin but tall which helps it fit in my shower better. The color coded cap makes it easy to grab the right bottle and not confuse it with conditioner. It does an excellent job at washing all the hair product gunk out. I would even classify it as a clarifying shampoo for this reason. My hair is squeaky clean, but it does lack moisture. I received this product for free by Influenster and Nioxin in exchange for my honest review . I have thin strands and slight thinning in my hairline. I also have dry hair but an oily scalp. The shampoo is green and almost a gel consistency. When applied to the scalp it gives a slight tingling sensation. The smell is minty and eucalyptus. Very nice for men or women. I rub all over my scalp and through my strands. I feel like this deep cleans my scalp and I can go an extra day without washing. I used this shampoo twice since I received this product and it smells amazing. It smells very refreshing and natural and i love it. It helps to make your scalp fine and dandruff free and smooth too. My hair looks amazing after couple wash. I would definitely recommend this shampoo to everyone. Just make sure that you use this shampoo little bit and if you dilute with water and then use it. I received this product free from Influenster and Nioxin in exchange for my honest review. I have been using this product for over three weeks and have not seen a significant change in growth. May be to early to see results. I have thinning hair in front and on the back of my head. I do see some new hairs coming in but I continue to loose hair like crazy. The shampoo has a slight minty smell and has a slight tingling feeling when applying which is nice and I like how clean it leaves my scalp. But not seeing a significant change yet with new growth. Overall I will continue to use product to see if my hair loss calms down and new growth comes in.

I received a complimentary full size Nioxin System 2 shampoo from Influenster for my honest review. I did a lot of research on the Nioxin products before using them. I was a little nervous because I was told that I may lose more of my already thinning hair. I have been using it, and yes I am losing more hair but the hair that hasn't fallen out is thicker. I am not sure if it's worth it to keep using. I have also read that you will lose before you start seeing new growth due to the hair follicles being so clogged before using the Nioxin. So I am going to continue to use and see what happens. Will have to update later!

I am in my late 30s and suffer from androgenic alopecia. I received this product from Influenster for my honest review. I have used this shampoo for a week and what I love about it is how clean it makes my scalp and hair. It is the best shampoo I've used that can really clean my scalp from all the products I use. It has peppermint which gives a tingling cooling sensation. Although the bottle is not very big, a little bit goes a long way, and I have long hair. I have not noticed any difference in hair fallout yet. I used the 3 step system and it gives my hair body and volume. Out of the three products I like the shampoo the most.
