I’m investing in the NISI 150mm filter system. I have NISI system for the Sigma 14mm lens.(Excellent) fit and finish on the lens.Now, the reverse grid. I researched and the NISI 150mm filter system is excellent for my style of photography. NISI 180mm filters are glass and not resin or other plastic material. High quality glass and coatings on NISI filters. Recommend using only NISI 180mm filter holder (s). Filters are fragile and slippery and could be difficult handling filter in the field / outdoors in cold weather. Move slowly. Filter comes with its own pouch with magnetic flap which should be sufficient if careful how you carry it such as in a photo bag, backpack, etc.; be sure other items are not pressing against the filter pouch as that could cause this expensive filter to crack.

This does have a nice graduated density. I'm aware of that and didn't expect it would do well looking into Hawaiian sunsets of the west side of Oahu, the island of Honolulu. In fairness, this is not the primary reason for getting a 0.6 (2-stop filter). It was to be used looking 90 degrees or 180 degrees to the setting sun. I've yet to exploit it's full capabilities so at the moment rated it 3-stars.

I have used high quality, professional level filters for over 20 years. I recently switched equipment that required much larger filters. I went with Nisi due to the versatility of the system. I am very impressed with the quality of the glass they use. when you put additional glass in front of your lens, you need it to be perfect. My impression is that Nisi filters are top of the line.
The Nisi 2-stop GND medium filter is a solid filter, reasonably packaged. I would advise any purchasers to consider carefully the use that you intend. I found that on an extensive field use, I really needed a 3-stop (or even 4-stop) GND for my sunrise and sunset photos. The medium-edge is nicely done, and worked well with uneven horizons. The Nisi filter-holder makes it easy to stack filters - a colleague stacked a 2-stop GND and a 3-stop GND in one extreme situation and it worked well; I plan to emulate that with my next purchase.
Bringing the imbalance of the skies brightness down to match the foregrounds exposure is made possible with the NISI graduated neutral density filter. this is the third NISI filter that i have purchased and i am very happy with all of them,very high quality. I was reluctant to buy NISI because they are made in China but having read reviews on them I purchased the starter with a filter and are impressed with quality.
This is by far my favorite filter. I've had one for years and recently broke it on the first day of big photo trip. So I rebought it as soon as I got home. I spent my whole trip lamenting how much better my images would have been if I'd still had my filter. It does such an amazing job of darkening the sky just enough to bring out its splendor while still allowing enough light on the subject (Landscape). Yes, I could take multiple images and bracket and then combine later in LR or PS but I think it's so much better to get it right in camera. Buy the filter. Buy the Nisi holder. Don't look back....just remember to make sure your bracket is seated properly :/
The transition is much broader than I expected therefore not full 3 stops within the picture frame. It does have an advantage if the landscape requires such gentle transition effect. I had to order another 3-stop NiSi GND with hard-edge (keeping both for different applications). No color shift. A little worried about the possible scratches because the coating is on the surface instead of sandwiched between glasses. So far I no scratch but I only used it 2 times. From what I learned the coating is done by vacuum deposition. If so, I wonder if it is NiSi's preference to make more gentle transition (as evident in both soft and hard edge GND) or NiSi has technical limitation to produce a sharper edge.
