This is a nice solid AA flashlight that is simple to use. 3 modes low, Med, High. It has a focused beam/spotlight of light and great distance. Lightweight, small. My new favorite light. Nitecore is making some awesome flashlights. IMHO, overall they make the best lighting products and powerbanks. Highly recommend to anyone who needs the best in a little package.

The perfect light for using around home, in the yard, garage, in the car and more. Surprisingly bright with a well focused beam. Very good throw for a 2X AA light.The clip can be used on the bill of a ballcap for hands free use, a very useful feature. I've been grabbing this light quite often for everything from finding very small items I've dropped on the carpet to taking a quick look outside after dark. Great job on this one Nitecore!I have four Nitecore lights and have had zero problems with any of them.

Rated four stars because additional batteries are unavailable. Fits well in shirt pocket, feels good in hands, and easy to operate. Accidentally dropped battery after charging which it started acting quirky, wouldn’t turn light on for several attempts. Eventually it did work so far no other issues. AA batteries worked fine with half the max brightness. Purchased three more for family members. Quality light, would recommend.

This is my first order from Longhorn Tactical and it went very well! The MT2A Pro flashlight came very securely packed and protected. I am very happy with the performance. It's everything I thought it would be. Great size and performance (1000 lumens w/the included lithium battery NL1416R. And of course the ability to use reg. AA batteries. In retrospect, I wish I had ordered an extra lithium battery. Oh well, next time!
The MT2A Pro is an awesome light. The specs do not do it justice. The lowest setting of 50 lumens is plenty bright enough to complete tasks and the 20 hour runtime is impressive. I love the fact that you can throw in two AA batteries if you burn through the rechargeable lithium battery. This makes it a perfect edc or go bag option as AA batteries are readily available almost everywhere. I liked it so much I purchased a second light and an additional rechargeable battery. If I had to knit pick I would like to see a crenulated bezel and a more substantial, deep carry pocket clip.
This is a high-quality light with fantastic capabilities. I love the materials used, the clip which is not too rigid, and the clicky on/off button. The high candela rating makes it powerful (you can illuminate things far away). A great performer outdoors. However, the other rating of 1,000 lumens disappointed me because lumens measure how wide of an area your light illuminates. This light has a somewhat narrow focus and, when talking about a 30-feet area all around you, does not illuminate as well (as widely) as other lights with lower lumens. Once you light things farther away, it does a much better job than other lights with a similar form factor. Overall, I am very pleased with the light. I’m not a flashlight expert. The weight of this flashlight is outstanding. Perfect for my use when searching all around the interior of various sized vehicles. Fits easily in pants/jacket. Hardly know it’s there. The‘throw’ is spot on. This is my 2nd purchase w/ Nitecore. The quality is top notch.I highly recommend
