P10 V2 reviewIts slim design allows easy carry even with slim fit jeans. 1100 lumens and the light’s long throw beam is good enough for tactical use within 50m or CQB scenarios.Preferred to keep charging aspect separate from the main light just to be safe in case anything goes wrong with the charging circuitry. The freebie Ui1 usb charger was the deal-sealer for me as that allowed me to charge a spare battery while i complete my tasks with the light. The new anti impact reverse polarity mechanism plus the double o-ring feature including the free items offered at $99 made it a no-brainer choice for meP.S. the P10 V2 is now my primary task light complementing my older P20UV as my secondary.

Excellent qualityI have doubts on China made products. However, im impressed by the first look on the packaging and did’nt expect a good quality and durable light produced by Nitecore. Easy usage, durable, sleek metal body and the functions adapts to my working needs. Will definately get another from nitecore for my future purchaseThe downside was i have issues with the battery charger. When fully charged, the light will stop blinking, but when i re-insert the battery, it starts to blink indicating it’s charging. The finger ring holder and it’s clip was not issued in the packaging as advertised on the website stating that it comes together in the package.

The P10 V2 just on and flickers itself. Went down to make a replacement but was denied as the staff tested ok on the spot. Advise to take a video if it happened again. Make a second trip after video was captured and sent to the staff as evidence. Wasted trip and transportation cost. Not really a pleasant experience with this product.

I purchased this for my son, who is a surveyor and often needs to look into manholes and other such dark places during his daily work. (I already have one, and expected he would find it useful)He is delighted with it, but notes that it does get rather warm when on the high setting.
I just received my Nitecore P10 V2 flashlight yesterday. Installed a battery to test it out and go through the modes and it's perfect. Brightness, strobes, function, fit and finish are perfect. It also comes with a holster to attach to your belt. I highly recommend this flashlight for EDC. I rated it only four stars due to when I opened the USPS packaging, the boxes the flashlights were in was partially torn and crushed. No fault of Nitecore of course. Thank you Nitecore, I'm a happy customer and will be ordering several more in the future.
so far so good, paired the P10 with a Nitecore 2300 mah battery, so far i got almost a week of sporadic daily use at medium, low and strobe settings before i charged the battery again. the medium setting is bright enough for use as a road light when biking by night, and i rarely have to use the brightest setting unless i need to search for something very far away. build quality is topnotch and the included accessories make the price worth it.cons: the P10 will not fit into its included sheath when the tactical ring is attached to the body, something which the larger P20 doesn't seem to suffer from. you have to detach the tactical ring so that the light can fit into the included sheath.also, the light is advertised as stand-capable but the on/off thumbswitch ... Moreso far so good, paired the P10 with a Nitecore 2300 mah battery, so far i got almost a week of sporadic daily use at medium, low and strobe settings before i charged the battery again. the medium setting is bright enough for use as a road light when biking by night, and i rarely have to use the brightest setting unless i need to search for something very far away. build quality is topnotch and the included accessories make the price worth it.cons: the P10 will not fit into its included sheath when the tactical ring is attached to the body, something which the larger P20 doesn't seem to suffer from. you have to detach the tactical ring so that the light can fit into the included sheath.also, the light is advertised as stand-capable but the on/off thumbswitch bulges far enough to make rear standing the flashlight impossible.other than those two quibbles, i can find no fault in this solid tactical flashlight.got it for a very good price (tactical asia sale).
I bought a P10 V2 for my mom for Christmas, she wanted a tactical flashlight for home defense use with her pistol. I didnt order it in time for Christmas, however it showed up in a timely manner and my mom was more than pleased with the light! The only thing I didnt like is that the website does not clearly state that the light didnt come with a battery. I ordered her the highest capacity battery it would take anyway, however, so it didn't matter in this case, but it would be nice if their website flat out says it doesnt ship with a battery or that it is sold separately. Other than that, completely happy with my purchase! Thanks guys, love your stuff!
I must have 15-20 pieces of Nitecore lighting and being an outdoors guide andtraveler all my life...I can assure anyone the Nitecore products are as well madeas good quailty as similar led products selling for 2-3 even 4 times the Nitcorepricing....so the question for anyone is in these hard times why throw monies away on ANY other lighting product...????
Typical high level of quality from Nitecore. Simple to understand operation. Momentary or constant...with strobe or without its simple enough to get what you need. I like the three different mode options.I do think that the placement of the two buttons make it a little more awkward than it has to be. I feel like I need to get it indexed in my hand correctly to reach the mode button easily. Something more symmetrical would be better for me.There’s no lanyard hole on the body. To use the included lanyard I have it tied to the pocket clip. This helps a little with indexing in my hand. If the clip spins on the body though it can pop off easily. The two flats on the body create two places where the clip is loose. Same problem with the NTR10 ring. Wouldve been nice to ... MoreTypical high level of quality from Nitecore. Wouldve been nice to have a tail cap ring included with the light, like the one the NTL10 lanyard uses. I will order one of those eventually just for the ring.
