This is a nice tinted lip balm. It has a beautiful dark berry tint on the lips, which you can make even more obvious by applying a few layers. The color is subtle at first, but very buildable. Just keep in mind that a little goes a long way. If you like shades like Clinique's Black Honey, I recommend this one for you. It's a much cheaper alternative, and it lasts so long. Seriously, I've been using this as my daily balm for around 2 weeks now, and reapplying as needed, and I have used only around 30% of the balm. Plus, this feels nice on the lips. It's moisturizing, and keeps my dry lips from cracking and peeling. I definitely recommend this product.

I really like this line of lip balms. This one is very hydrating and pigmented. This darker shade is very flattering on the lips, looks like your lips but better, and hydrated. This reminds me of the popular black honey almost lipstick. This is more hydrating than black honey thou, which I like. Pigmented but forgiving, I am able to just put this on without a mirror and it gives a beautiful tint to the lips. Nice sweet candy like scent. Usually I'm not a fan of scents but this is nice, reminds me of lip balms I used when I was younger.

I think I was over the cherry flavor/scent beyond the age of 8; everything was cherry scented, cherry flavored and I was sick of. I love Nivea products so I noticed they have a lip balm and wanted to try it, but ugh, the dreaded cherry. Except that Nivea quality was present immediately, that moisturizing and protective but not heavy layer and to be honest, the cherry wasn’t the bummer I expected it to be. It’s a hint of scent so I’m really not tasting/smelling it constantly and it’s not a dreaded feeling when I do. Goes to show that there’s just a right and a wrong way to do it and Nivea has gotten it right.

To get two of these for a little over $5 is an amazing deal. I have so many lip balms I'll never use these up, but the packaging is nice, with the balm rolling all the way back down into the tube, so that's added security against it rattling too much or breaking off. The color is really pretty. It reminds me somewhat of Clinique's Black Honey almost lipstick, but I think this is a bit more of a subdued berry. It's sheer but buildable. It glides on wonderfully and makes my lips feel silky. I don't really notice much of a flavor, other than one linked to the mild blackberry-ish scent. Got this product in the hopes it would be a Clinique black honey dupe… however unfortunately I cannot say it is. But what I can say is that at the price point it’s at its is worth your money. A step up from regular chapstick as it provides a nice berry red color to the lips. Not to mention the quantity of product you receive from this product. Overall, pretty good but I cannot say that I will repurchase this product as it doesn’t moisturize my lips enough. And yes, I have some dry lips.

Nice balm with a hint of tint

This is a nice product for a great price. You get a lot in the tube, and it's got a nice little hint of strawberry scent, but not overwhelming. I think that creates a smidge of flavor, but that's subtle, too. The tube of balm is bright red, but very sheer. You apply and it's just the tiniest amount of color. It's barely noticeable but it's easy enough to reapply without fear of smudging. The formula feels moisturizing, too, like a nice balm that isn't too thick or sticky, but not so slick or sheer it slicks off right away. A nice little product for a great value.

my new favorite!

This is an amazing lip tint. It's definitely not as moisturizing as regular chapstick, but it leaves such a nice color. It's actually noticeable, but it's also easy to apply this without a mirror. I have very pale lips and try to have something tinted most of the time so I don't look so washed out. This is honestly the best product I've ever used for that purpose. It's maybe a bit waxy, but does feel soft.
