Learn from my mistake. The dupe for La Mer is made in Germany. I bought the regular degular version from Target. I am not impressed. The crème is heavily scented and very thick. I learned that you’re supposed to rub the product between your palms before applying to the face and this does make a world of difference. However, this crème is not that hydrating considering how thick and creamy it is. I used this as my night lotion for 2+ months and it did nothing for my skin. I gave out multiple sample to try to make a dent in the huge tub and I’ve still got 2/3 left. I fear I will have to leave this tub to someone in my will because I refuse to waste it but it doesn’t work that well.
