The scent is neutral and fresh and the texture very soft. The skin absorbs the cream well and leaves a nice feeling on the skin. It definitely moistures the skin well but I haven’t seen any other effects. I like to use this after taking off Make-up or after using a drying facemask.

Can you please bring back the old formula. I've been using it for over 6 years with no issues....This new formula (Vegan) is the worse thing ever! Why get rid of the old formula? This new formula makes your skin extremely dry! Why change something if it's working? My skin is noticeably brighter since I began using this product. I'm Caribbean and have combination skin. I'm positively arid around my temples and the skin on my chin is no better. This product is not so much greasy as it is silky and it locks moisture firmly into the skin. You wake up with skin as smooth as a baby's bottom.

First time I've used this since the change in formula, after over five years of use, and as an autistic person with sensitive skin (including to the texture of products like moisturisers) and a sensitivity to scent, it has become unusable. It is thinner, with a completely different feel. It is both drying, especially to my hands after applying it, and has an overpowering perfume-y smell, which I noticed as soon as I opened it and which continued to be noticeable until I washed it off the next morning. This made it difficult to sleep and unfortunately, I'm going to have to find an alternative.
I have used this cream day and night for years and I am wrinkle free. However I noticed that it has changed recently. It is not as creamy and does not moisturise my face like it used to and seems to irritate my skin. Please can you change it back to how it was before as it was perfect.

I did not realise you had changed the formula of this cream and have unfortunately just made a bulk purchase of what I thought was the old formula and it isn't. I'm not sure what to do now. My skin is extremely sensitive and the previous formula was the only one that would effectively moisturise it. It took me ages to find one that did. I lived through you changing it before, and then you changed it back. Why have you done this again.? At least release a separate product that is the old formula and call it something else. I'd buy you out of it! What am I going to do with all this cream that cost me hundreds of pounds and that actively irritates my skin??
Used and loved for years but formula is now “new & vegan” - it’s worse than dreadful now. Just disappears on skin, does not feel rich and moisturising as it used too & now smells sickly. Truly awful decision to change - you’ve lost a loyal customer of years.
