So, this brand is another brand that I consider to be a cult classic. My mom actually put me on to this when I was in high school. She used to carry this in her purse all of the time. I remember like it was yesterday. Buy yeah, this lotion REALLY left your hands feeling MOISTURIZED! Like, you FEEL the moisture seeping into your skin while rubbing it in. There are some lotions that make you feel like you need a second layer, and then there's lotions that just makes you feel CONTENT amd SECURE! This DEFINITELY makes your hands feel moisturized and like silk. Only downside is, it can feel a bit greasy. So if you're not a fan of greasy, then you might not like it. But to me it works wonders.

Nivea Soft Crème is one of my favorite moisturizers. It's a versatile and lightweight cream that's perfect for everyday use. I like to use this cream at night. It’s just a basic moisturizer that gets the job done. It’s not too greasy and it’s not too matte, it’s in between more toward the greasier side, that’s why I use it at night only. I really like it because it doesn’t just sit on top of my skin. It has absorbent ingredients which I look for all the time. Some don’t like this because it has alcohol but that just helps the product not be so greasy and absorb well. It’s actually moisturizing and does not break me out. I have tried other night creams and with many I break out if it’s too heavy. I would get small bumps but from this I never do. Lush cream

On opening the Nivea Soft the first thing that you notice is the fresh fragrance associated with Nivea products. The texture of the cream is soft and not oily. I used this throughout the day for my hands with noticeable effects. I then commenced to apply this soon after washing in the morning prior to makeup application. It dries really well leaving the face smooth and a good base for makeup. My makeup stayed in place well and does not feel oily or sticky like some products tested. It was then used before bed after my makeup removal. As a nurse my hands become very dry during the winter months and this cream really helps to moisturise my hands after every wash and hand gel. Overall I am more than happy with the results and will now purchase this regularly.

I have been using Nivea soft for 25 years, loved it’s soft texture and how it helps my very sensitive skin, nothing else has worked.Here I am in tears, wondering why in the world would Nivea change its formula, I have not been lucky enough to find a replacement, everything else stings and this has made me sad.On top of it all, the texture is not moisturizing enough, feels like a sheet of paper on the skin. I also did not realize the formulation changed until it started stinging my face.I will be buying lots of boxes of the old formulation, and using those as long as they last and pray that I can find something else that works for me, for now nothing has been found.Please Nivea, bring back the old formulation for your loyal customers!!!! Wonderful light and fast absorbing cream

I was so thrilled to try this Nivea Soft Moisturizing cream. Some background - I have sensitive skin that is very finicky and I find my skin barrier easily disturbed.I enjoyed this lotion. It was light, non greasy and quickly absorbed. The large screw cap container is great on the counter and I typically used this on my arms, hands and other body areas in need of a bit of moisture. It does have a bit of a perfume scent to it, and for this reason I never tried it on my facial skin as I don’t like scent that close to my nose and my face skin doesn’t seem to appreciate scented products. After 2 children and passing 40, I felt like a stranger in my own skin; my skin was suddenly dry, textured, and dull while both feet were cracked with deep heel fissures. After a discussion regarding my changing skin, my friend introduced me to Nivea Creme to apply to my feet prior to adding socks. I excitedly added the Nivea Creme to my knees & elbows and, although the product made my skin soft, I found that it took hours for the product to absorb. The texture is somewhere between a lotion and a cream (almost like a slightly thicker water gel) containing a mild ^ refreshing scent with a FAST absorption rate that leaves your skin INSTANTLY soft and supple. A little goes a loong way so go easy. My skin is soft, smooth, and looks youthful once more. My teen has even given me compliments & has asked to use my Niveas Soft! I feel confident and beautiful again. I continue to use Nivea Creme for my feet because the thick and rich formula is exactly what my feet need. My ONLY wish is that Nivea Soft was available in a pump and/or larger squeeze tubes as I'm not a fan of using the jars to apply the product to my body. THANK YOU NIVEA!!
