Every one must’ve had a time where they though they had some sort of acne problem? Well for me it was fungal acne. I kept on seeing Nizoral on my fyp and that it gets rid of fungal acne in less than a week so I decided to try. I know it’s weird putting shampoo on your face, but it has an ingredient that’s great for fungus therefore people use it. I used it every day for 2 weeks and nothing changed!! I was so mad because I just wanted it gone! Later I realized I didn’t have fungal acne so that was a waste. Even if you do have fungal acne I don’t recommend as ur putting SHAMPOO on ur face. But, you can be the judge of if it works or not. Moral of the story is don’t self diagnose your self

So far so good. I noticed my hair was getting full of flakes and dry skin.. I thought it was psoriasis, however it is not. I made a visit to the doctor recently not because of my dry scalp, but because I just noticed I was forming bald patches a lot like "alopecia". Unfortunately that was the initial reason for my visit. While he was looking at my scalp, he told me I have a condition that requires "Nizoral" shampoo. I was told to use it for 3 consecutive days and then not until the next week I would use it for another 3 consecutive days. I'm on my first week still and wow, what a difference. (Fungal acne) They say the Ketoconazole in the shampoo helps treat the acne. If you suffer from fungal acne, on your face and body, try using this! Check out more reviews because so far, I've been seeing pretty positive outcomes from reading reviews! As for using this on your scalp, go get some if you suffer from dry, itchy and flaking skin. I definitely will be recommending this to those who are suffering from scalp conditions.

This stuff is amazing. I don’t suffer from dandruff too often but, I do get a fungal infection called tinea versicolor on the back of my neck, scalp and sometimes chest if left untreated. I sometimes get a smelly scalp which is most likely due to fungal/product buildup. This shampoo improves the severe itching almost immediately. I rub this on all the affected areas and let sit for 5 minutes on my scalp, neck, back of the ears, chest etc and it takes care of the itching and heals the spots. This removes any nasty buildup, and doesn’t over dry the hair if not used too frequently. I use it about 1-2x a week when I’m having these fungal episodes and have found it to be a lifesaver. I bought this over a month ago as per my doctor’s recommendation and I am so incredibly happy with the results so far. I’ve been using it twice a week for five minutes at a time and it has does wonders in keeping my itchiness and flakiness under control. Thanks to this, I can go several days between washes now, whereas before I couldn’t go more than a day because of how itchy and oily my scalp would get. It is pricer than what I normally like to pay for shampoo but it’s 100% worth it.

OK, so nobody likes talking about the gross dead skin that falls from our heads.. aka Dandruff. But remember this is completely normal, everyone has it some more than others. Some one like me with extreamly thick hair have always kinda had to deal with a little. Well more recently it's been getting more and more. I'm not sure if it's the products I use or what. But it was to the point where I could shake my head and see some flakes fall. (Sorry if it's gross but it is what it is.) I saw a bunch of raving reviews on this product and was desperate because tbh it's embarrassing (especially that I'm short anyone taller than me sees the too of my head) so I sped to walmart and bought this tried it immediately when I got home. I literally asked my boyfriend to check the back and he said it was so much better. He said 2 or 3 more washes and your scalp should be like a baby's butt🤣 100% recommended šŸ‘Œ

I have pretty significant dandruff and psoriasis conditions, making it difficult to find the appropriate shampoo. My dermatologist recommended I use this shampoo along with a medicated cream, it happens to be the right combination for my scalp. I lather it in my scalp for approximately 2 min twice a week. My scalp is not irritated following use of the shampoo. I usually buy them from Costco. The shampoo is on the pricy side, but I think it’s worth it. I feel more confident and less self conscious following using the shampoo! Highly recommend if you’re suffering from scalp conditions, but I’d check in with your dermatologist first.

Amazing shampoo

While not officially marketed as a hair regrowth shampoo, there is a lot of anecdotal evidence out there suggesting that this shampoo (as well as Nizoral 1%) may help regrow hair. It is hard to say whether the shampoo helped me regrow hair. This is because I employ many strategies to grow hair. However, during the past few months of using Nizoral shampoos, a lot of hair has regrown on my head. I dont even feel the heat of the sun bearing down on my scalp anymore. The active ingredient in this shampoo is ketoconozole. Nizoral shampoos very likely have a higher concentration of this ingredient than any other type of hair regrowth shampoo. However, it can clean your scalp very well to the point that other topical treatments will have better access to blood in the scalp. That way, they can do their jobs more effectively.

Finally, something that actually works
6 December 2021

Have had fairly bad dandruff for as long as I can remember (now aged 55) and have tried every shampoo and natural remedy I could find with out success. Until now. I almost gave up on this product too, but persisted long enough to notice a gradual improvement. Took about a month using twice weekly but gradually worked. Scalp now clean as a whistle, yay! One star off for delayed effectiveness. Also, be sure to use in conjunction with anti dandruff conditioner as it dries out hair severely - I used ā€˜Head n Shoulders’. Also fairly pricey but for me it was worth the cost. Be interesting to see if the dandruff stays away long term. I will post again if it does.

Not like everyone else
22 August 2022

I’d read a lot of raving reviews about this before I purchased it.It has definitely helped reduce my dandruff by around 70% I’d say, and was pleasantly surprised to not see so many flakes when I had my hair cut.But it hasn’t gotten rid of the dandruff completely like everyone else is claiming and I’m using it the right way, 2-3 x per week, leaving in 5 mins then rinse off warm water. It’s also been a couple of months now.

My GP recommended this product. There is a display box for it on the store shelf, which you need to take to the counter at the prescription area, in order to acquire the product itself. I was recommended to use it twice weekly for four weeks. This is only the second time I've used it and my itchy scalp is no more, as well as dandruff banished. Not much product is required at all, it is very potent and consistency is fairly runny and pink in colour, so I use a ten cent piece worth and I have mid-length to long hair. Given its price, this is a good thing! You need to leave it in contact with your scalp 3-5 minutes for effectiveness.
