This is a great battery charger for my two deep cycle batteries in my boat. All I have to do is run a cord to the back of the boat and plug it on to the charger, I kept an eye on it the first few times I used it to see how long it took to fully charge the batteries after trolling for 10-12 hours running catfish jugs. The charger gets a little warm as any of them do but its not bad at all. I just unplug it once the batteries are fully charged, which the charger will show that with the indicator light and put my cord away. I could leave it plugged in all the time but choose not to. Its a great charger and works perfect. Very compact and easy to mount out if the way in my battery compartment. I would recommend this to others. 10/10

This unit works beautifully, charges both my trolling motor batteries simultaneously and then switches to trickle charge to keep the at max charge. It also let me know i had a failing battery that wasn't holding a charge and only putting out 3 volts instead of 12. After replacing the battery, everything is fully operational. Very nice charging system, easy to install and easy to mount (2 screws)

This was easy to install and setup. Having the individual lights to track each battery is great and I like that if I change the type of battery, its the simple press of a button for it to charge that battery correctly.Not sure on the long haul, but this was a great replacement for my original (2011).

My Gen Pro 10x4 was very easy to install. I have 3 AGM and 1 wet battery. You can charge all 4 batteries with only 1 wire to plug in. If I decide to go to lithium batteries at another time, I am all set to charge them also. A very impressive charging system. My friends want to get one also.
Puchased for.my new boat to charge 4 batteries (2two fortrolling motor, one for electronice and 1 for starter battery. Solid durable construction. Was.easily installed and wired in under an hour in cluding running extension charging wires to the boat stern. Works well for lithium, lead based and AGM batteries simultaneously with easy to used battery selector buttoms. Only down side is the charging wires are only 6 foot and NOCO does not offer an extension. I contacted the company customers support by email to inquiry how to extend the wires without voiding the.warranty and they responded within 48 hours.a nice feature that could.be added is for the charger to read the batteries to automatically select.the battery type to be charged. Overall I would.give.it 5 stars
Running a 36v trolling motor I wanted to upgrade my charger. Love having the maintenance option to keep my batteries full charged when I dont get to use the boat and the recovery mode could come in handy if a battery goes completely dead. Easy to install and can use this charger for any battery from a regular acid battery to lithium. I have the Noco Gen 3 on my other boat and would recommend these chargers to everyone.

To get it to charge at 10A requires cycling through the different modes until Lithium is reached again. Then it will charge at 10A, but before reaching 80% SOC, the current will be reduced to under 1A. Therefore it can take over a day to charge a 100AHr battery.Battery in question has an app that can display a number of battery parameters, so it is easy to see how this charger is working. So far so good. I have had this installed two weeks and will be putting it through the paces in two weeks when I have a trip planned where we fish hard for 4 days straight. This unit replaced my old three bank battery charger and what I love the most so far with the NOCO is that it shows me the charging status of each battery independently, which will help me identify if I have a week battery not holding its charge somewhere in my battery setup.
I bought this charger this past week and just was installing it in my Ranger and the cables from the charger to the battery are not long enough. The cables are only 6 feet long and I need 10 feet to go from the compartment to my batteries in the floor. It was also a pain in the butt mounting it in a small compartment when you can’t see the slot to drill the self tappers in.
Solid performer much like the Chevy 350. Millions made bought and sold. Industry standards are that for a reason. Will charge regular lead batts, lithium or AgMs. Customer service was exceptional when I had a bank go down on it. They replaced it and even provided me a 40% off coupon for a backup.
