This is our second Noirot. The last one lasted 14 years and panel to turn on and off with timer no longer worked. This product has a life time guarantee but we did not have receipt. Very economical for large bedroom. Takes the edge of the cold. Noticeably when you walk into area.Extremely economical..Would highly recommend.

This is an excellent heater for my small bedroom. I can put it on for a couple of hours, then switch it off, and the room stays warm for hours. Really happy with this product. The reviews I had read before my purchase were in fact, spot on right. Excellent purchase and a very happy customer.

I bought the Noirot 1500W Electric Heater for my small Living room. I've only had it for 5 days, so can't comment on the power use (it's meant to be relatively economical to run). I've had it on every day, and sometimes overnight, on a low heat setting. It's a very effective heater. It warms up the whole room and it is quiet. I am very happy with this heater, and would thoroughly recommend it.

I purchased the 2400w wifi model from HN last year - we absolutely love it.I have it set to 14 degrees at floor level at night in our living roo (around 17-18 degrees at head height) so only comes on when our fire goes out and it's really cold. Very quiet - actually have to put my hand over it to check if it is running.I'm looking at purchasing a second one for our sleepout.Wi-Fi is a game changer - if my kids tell me they are coming to stay the night during winter I can heat their room for them from my phone!
We now have 2 of these large one for the lounge room and medium size for our bedroom. Perfect for keep the cold temps at bay, without being overly hot. Only callout, make sure you keep it on a dedicated socket. One time I plugged the vacuum in the same power outlet, and it, in combo of the vacuum and air purifier, tripped the surge protector.
Heats my 5x3m loungeroom fairly quickly and stays cosy at about 22 degrees. I have floor to ceiling windows in my loungeroom so it gets cold quickly in the Sydney winter weather. If I want to heat the whole apartment (and warm my bedroom a bit before heading off to sleep), it does this as well at 24-27degrees. It has a timer, adjustable heat, castor wheels, has an actual lifetime warranty which another reviewer has used successfully (keep the email receipt), and I can take it with me if I move or wall mount it if I ever buy a place in this economy. It's not cheap - but I walked in to buy a $150 radiator and on reading the boxes and reviews for all of the available ones there, this one had enough functionality and safety to convince me to shell out the $450. Happy with it so far. 4 stars only because it's expensive and it should do everything it says on the box for that price, so I wouldn't call this a bargain or 'value for money'. You get what you pay for - good heater and lifetime warranty if it ever fails.
When I first reviewed this I mentioned I had it for 7 years before it stopped working and couldn't get it fixed so was expensive to replace. But I rang up Noirot to check the warranty and they said it was "lifetime". Harvey Norman just replaced it when I dropped off the old heater as they had my receipt from when purchased in 2011. They didn't even want to try to repair it first. So now I get a brand new heater. My other criticism was that the electronic control panel was too hard to read and difficult to remember how to program and you couldn't set the temperature. Well the latest one has a much simpler and easy to read and adjust panel with a temperature setting. So basically all the things I had issues with have been fixed. Always very helpful when I shop there. The staff are warm and friendly. Discussed which portable heater would suit my husband’s man cave! Highly recommend them to everyone.
I had a tech person install this product and they had to contact the distributor over a few issues. They indicated it wasnt easy. To start with I/ we couldnt open an account in the app. If experienced qualified people need support purchasers should have some indication this wi fi installation is not like most products with an app that just takes you through a process of installation.I now have videos to assist if necessary . I have had Noirot before and I am confident that the product will do what I want, however the initial part proved frustrating and expensive.
Quiet and comfort. Use Noirot heater for years and buy one more 2000w for the upstairs bedroom. Can be controlled from the phone via wi-fi, even can be controlled when I am downstairs. It is good idea to turn on and preheat it before coming to bedroom.
