Great texture, glides on great. Love that it's in eco-friendly packaging. Depending on how your lips absorb/maintain moisture from lip balm, if they are not used to it, may cause peeling initially. But it works a treat once your lips are used to it. Love that it's got a subtle scent (great for pregnancy with a sensitive nose)

A gorgeous lip balm. Dry and not sticky. Tastes of real coconut and definitely does the job well. I recommend it to anyone with a dry lip problem and any one who wants to keep supple lips. A great buy! Rita.

Awful

I was so disappointed with this purchase. It turned out to be a small amount of a dry waxy substance that sat on my lips and did nothing to add moisture or prevent moisture loss. It was supposedly vanilla, but had no scent that I could detect.

Impractical, hard to use

Not a great lip balm. Lid slips off too easily, it’s hard to push up the balm and also difficult to get back down if too much is pushed up. The width is also not comfortable to use. Supposed to be vanilla but smells like cocoa. Wouldn’t repurchase.

Not impressed...

I really wanted to love this lip balm, especially as I live in Noosa. It's a larger size than other lip balms, which appealed to my love of 'more product, less waste of packaging.' And it's not in a plastic tube, which I thought was great.I ordered the Cherry and the Mint. The mint has a kind of choco-mint flavour, which isn't bad, but the cherry didn't really taste like anything. The most disappointing thing, though, was that my lips felt drier with the balm on, than they did without it. Not exactly the effect I was hoping for. I'll use them up, but I certainly won't buy them again.

Not my fave

Not my usual lip balm (fave is Hurraw), but wanted to try something new & I like some other Noosa Basics products so thought I’d try it out. I wanted to love it but it’s just ‘ok’ in my opinion. Doesn’t smell like Vanilla - more like burnt sugar. Texture is moisturising but gritty, not smooth.I like how much you get in a tube & the packaging, but Hurraw is still hands down my fave - no comparison.

Not very happy

I love the Noosa Basics brand but was not very happy with this lip balm. I purchased the Vanilla flavour and although the balm itself seems nourishing enough - the packaging makes it tricky to use long term as you can’t wind it down and I find the vanilla smell to be WAY to intense/ strong. It also smells more like coffee than vanilla.

Too difficult to use

However the tube lid is very loose and the tube is very wide, twice the width of a normal lip balm which makes it awkward to use.
