I have dead straight hair (seriously, it’s ridiculous) and have always tried to find something to give it a little oomph when I’m ponytailed and mum-buned out. This spray works really well! Applied to towel dried hair and it gave a very soft wave. It also smelt divine and I caught little wifts of the scent throughout the day. The next day when I woke up, there was a bit of tackiness left in my hair which gave it some texture. I could plait it and it stayed in all day (usually falls out because my hair is so straight). Happy happy happy!!

Didn't work for me

Unfortunately, this really didn't work for me … the pros are the scent and the ease of use. The cons are that it simply didn't work for my hair type. I have fine curly hair and this simply didn't do anything other than make my hair limp and hard to brush the next day. I had high expectations; I wanted my hair to look like it does when I get sea water in it at the beach and I didn't get anything remotely close to that. I'm sure that this will work wonders for most people but sadly, I wasn't one of them.

Fiji dreaming

The coconut smell of this is delicious and reminds me of my recent trip to Fiji. I love that it is local, vegan and organic/natural. It definitely feels like you have beachy hair. I agree with the previous reviewer who didn't like this product in that it doesn't leave your hair soft and shiny....but does the beach ever leave your hair soft and shiny? It gives your hair some beachy volume without the stickiness and chemicals of hairspray. My hair is dead straight so I have to work hard to make decent waves, but love it nonetheless. Wish it was in a glass bottle though.

Not impressed

Have used this product twice since purchasing it. I agree that it made my hair feel like I had been at the beach - with hair that felt like it was full of salt water and sand - definitely not soft and shiny! In fact my hair felt that awful I re-washed it! I tried it again two weeks later and gave the bottle an extra good shake in case I didn't the first time and ended up with the same reult. I do not recommend this product at all.

Perfect

I'm a bit obsessed with the Noosa Basics sea spray at the moment. It smells good and gives my hair lots of volume and a bit of texture but no sticky crunchyness. A little does go a long way so use sparingly or it can feel a little straw like.Also a nice surprise I found it extends the time in between hair washes. I usually wash my hair every second day, while using this sea spray I can go at least 4 days with my hair looking and smelling great. I will definitely be buying this again.

Pretty chuffed

I have been using this product for the last 2 months and have to say this is a really great product! I have wavy hair that is very fine so can end up super limp but this spray gives it some texture and defines my waves into curls. The only downside is it leaves my hair very frizzy and knotty, however this has happened with a lot of other curl products I have used in the past so I'm not ruling this product out. I have been using it in combination with a leave in conditioner which seems to be helping a little with the frizz.

Sea Spray more like Cement Spray

Well this did not work for me . Fail. I would liken the result of being in the Western Desert with no water and Dust storms for a week . Personal opinion only - may work for others. NICE ODOUR ! ended up using it on pure woolens to stop the pilling in winter and to give the wool a nice temporary scent .
