As usual fish oil is quite a sensitive one. The kids can accept it though so it’s good. I keep in the fridge to prevent oxidation and i think it also masks the taste a bit. In terms of dha nutrition I also think that it’s sufficient for kids.
I have 2 very picky boys 9 and 3 and they both take this DHA Junior, Strawberry Flavor by Nordic Naturals with no issues at all. I have tried other fish oils and they both could detect the fish with this it is basically tasteless. It smells like strawberry but it doesn't have a strong berry taste. It absolutely has zero fish smell or taste. I mix it in my 3 year old's milk, juice, yogurt and my 9 year old can take it by the spoon with no gagging or complaints. It also has a nice amount of omega compared to other kids fish oil products like gummies. I will continue to use.
