I think this is a very good supplement. Omega-3 is essential, especially when you don't like fatty fish, like salmon. This product has no bad additives and no bad taste. Sometimes it's a little bit difficult for me to digest this, but this might be due to my own digestion. I used to have no problems with this at all. Very good supplement and good quality.

Nordic naturals makes high quality omega 3 supplements. I feel confident in the quality of this product . It is non gmo and third party purity tested. It contains 690 mg of total omega 3 from anchovies andsardines per 2 soft gels. It is in the triglyceride form which I feel is the most natural form to obtain. This is a good maintenance dose. Omega 3 supplementation can help with inflammation. There is a natural lemon flavor which isn't bad but I had some mild reflux from it. I think Nordic Naturals has some of the best omega 3 products on the market. I will continue to purchase this.
