I gave both my sons one gummy every morning before breakfast. I gave my 2 yo one to try and he managed to chew and consume the gummy safely. Those probiotics has a very nice, candy-like taste. I was buying those for myself and I clearly see those work when my stomach needs some help in processing foods. I believe those should be a safe choice for any age over 5 years old - they are quite sweet so wouldn't recommend for kids younger and would recommend decreasing serving to 1 gummy per once/per day. Twice per day will be fine if not right away one after another, as it gets too sweet.
