I usually order the normal Ultimate Omega from this brand. But after doing some research I found that EPA is what you want most of, especially if your using it for mood/anxiety , joint health and heart health. For both anxiety and depression, you want more EPA than DHA. I have been taking 2 capsules a day for the past week. I have noticed that these definitely work better then the normal Ultimate Omega for improving mood and reducing anxiety. I will stick with the ProEPA from this brand from now on. So if your not eating lots of sardines or skipjack tuna every day you should defintetly be taking fish oil and if you want to up your game get these as they are good for improving mood as well as the benefits for heart health and joint health.

I was taking 3 capsules instead of the 2 dose on the bottle. Since taking these I have noticed practically non existent stomach anxiety l used to have, and improved mood. Also l've noticed much less endometriosis pain so I think it really does help with inflammation. To me it's worth the price tag.I do wish it had more DHA in it because it may be too low a dose during pregnancy, and the EPA too high during pregnancy if I were to keep taking the 3. This omega supplement was recommended by Katja Young. They have very pleasant taste. No taste of fish. My cholesterol levels went to normal again. The benefit of Omega 3 is well known. It lowers the general inflammation in the body and helps heart. I order it on a regular basis and definitely recommend it if you are looking for an excellent omega supplement.

My chiropractic recommended this brand. I do feel like it’s helping me. The first bottle was the best. My second bottle has had a fishy taste to the capsules. I think there must be residue on the outside of the capsules from the manufacturing process. It is quite potent, so I had to back off and only take it twice a week instead of daily because I felt like I was getting too much omegas.

This high EPA fish oil is the best fish oil for reduce my TR andincrease HDL, that improve my bad heart condition.I strong recomand those who have the same high TR & lowHDL condition's people can serve with this fish oil.Also, it is more cheaper than other brand oil.
I think this is one of the best omega 3's on the market and was recommended to me by my doctor. I think it helps with moisturizing skin from within, as well as helping me when I am on my period. It is a little more expensive than other brands but for the quality it is great. Also they have a lemon flavor which is good to keep the fish oil burps at bay.
Ordered this after some research. The idea was to find a high potency, high EPA to DHA ratio supplement. After 3 months of use blood triglycerides dropped by 40%. This is in line with scientific literature that reports 30-50% decrease in triglycerides when using high quality fish oils at relatively high dosages. On the negative side of things there was an increase of 10% in my cholesterol levels for both LDL and HDL. This again has been reported in the literature when using fish oils. Will order more this month but need to find a good supplement for cholesterol (have had high LDL and low HDL for years). HDL is now just below the lower limit so the EPA did help with this.
This is very much different from Nordic Naturals's EPA 60c though both have same amount of EPA and DHA. To compare the effects. ProEPA is bit sedating one thus more useful if wish to sleep longer. Sleeping longer will improve cognition aspects like more attention and working memory. For anxiety and anger issues this will be better than EPA. But for uplifting mood, motivation and workout purpose EPA is the clear winner.This is the initial impression after taking it for two days. Will update it with new information after trying it for longer periods.
