Good, I just take 1 vs 2 with food. There's definitely an aftertaste for a short while but it's fruity vs fishy. I like the quality if Nordic Naturals which is why I tried these. I'm also trying their Women's formula Omegas available here on iherb.

Taste great for adults and kids. Highest EPA & DHA in a chewable capsule that I have found. Only negative point is the capsule could be softer/less chewy.

My 12 year old takes takes them and bites them. No fights no worries. I was told it has a good taste.
I like that these capsules come in an easy to swallow size, don't smell or taste bad, don't repeat on you and come from smaller, fatty fish. It is easy to make them part of a routine and I am not as concerned about mercury as with some other brands.
Took this omega for my son not for the first time. Great taste, affordable price and good mark. I will purchase it again.
