This product was recommended to me by my primary care physician to bring my lipids down. I take it in the morning mixed with almond milk and the taste is very acceptable and I don’t have any issues with nausea. I will definitely continue with it. Nordic Naturals are excellent products.

Took it for the high dose of EPA and DHA in a 2:1 ratio. I specifically am looking into this dosage as per mental health/ MDD purposes. If you'd like a lower dose of DHA - you could just take half and add a stand alone EPA - to make the ratio 3:1 if you like. Overall, a great quality oil. Ok taste, I just gulp it down. (Carlson lemon tasted better to me). FYI: this "pro omega D Xtra" and "Ultimate Omega Xtra" are exactly the same.

ProOmega D- Xtra by Nordic Naturals is the only fish oil that I can take in a liquid form. I don't like to take capsules, but I can't tolerate the taste of other fish oils. I love that it's extra concentrated.
I’m sure it’s excellent at what it does but it is extremely hard to palate. I had to buy a 5ml syringe and squirt it down my throat so that I didn’t gag - even then, still did. Follow with a nice breath spray or something so it’s not impossible to take!
This is a good quality ProOmega D with no additives. Keep purchasing. Wish it was little bit cheaper.
I have been taking ProOmega D xtra, did not see much difference. No side effects.
I found this supplement to be the best in its category. It effectively fulfills its intended purpose.
I’ve been taking this ProOmega D Xtra, Lemon Flavor by Nordic Naturals morning and night for three months and feel fabulous with my joints cooperating…!
