You know it has to be a great product when you purchase a second set BEFORE ever trying the first set purchased. I have absolutely NOTHING negative to say about this set of pans. I just finished baking approximately 8 dozen Christmas cookies. I can honestly say, "My Nordic Ware pans, EXCEEDED my expectations!" I am so glad I purchased two sets. I have always wanted a quality set of Jelly Roll pans for baking. Thanks to Macy's and Nordic Ware, I got my Christmas Wish!

My daughter specifically wanted a natural pure aluminum baking sheet set and these will never rust. The chocolate chip cookies were perfect. I prefer shopping at Crate and Barrel and was happy they were available.

Fantastic pans for baking, cooking, and roasting. No warping at high temperatures and even cooking throughout. Minus one star because they do slightly discolor / show strange water patterns after washing according to instructions. And they also scratch quite easily - like when using a fresh dishwashing sponge.

PERFECTION! FINALLY! I've been looking hi and low for pans that won't warp as soon as i put them in the oven, to no avail...until now!! These pans are The Ones! Finally! A flat pan BEFORE the oven, a flat pan WHILE COOKING IN the oven, and a flat plan back out of the oven while cooling! So go ahead and grab this pack-o-pans. U won't regret it! Quick note: the largest pan is HUGE! Like restaurant size!
I used very cheap baking pans for years thinking it didn’t matter much because they would get used a lot anyway. I wish I invested in these nicer pans sooner. Like others have mentioned they do not warp and most importantly, my oven no longer smokes up at high temps. That was a problem I was having with my old trays and food was not cooking evenly. Will buy these trays again and recommend to others.
This set of sheet pans was the perfect addition to my kitchen. They were thick and didn’t warp. Like all other Nordic Ware products, these are just as high quality. The different sizes are perfect for anything from cookies to roasting.
The large baking pan was noticeable dented on one corner of the pan. The inside interior of this pan was significantly scratched. On another edge of the same pan, the outer edge was contained very rough metal edges. If you ran your finger against this edge, it felt like you may eventually injure you finger. The other two pans were in great shape. How did the large baking pan get shipped to me in this terrible condition?
The sizes of these pans are absolutely perfect for everything I need. Freezing a few lumps of cookie dough on the smallest pan works perfectly in my vertically split fridge/freezer. We also use the larger ones for transferring food on & off the grill (and sometimes even serving!). The weight is heavy but quality. Would definitely buy again.
I use the full sheet pay for measure out all of my flour and dry ingredients. It makes clean-up a snap. I just take it out of the back door and hose it down. I also use it to roll out pastry dough. I use the half sheet pan to contain wet bread dough from running all over the counter and shape my loaves. I use the quarter sheet pan for all of my mise en place.
I bought this set to replace my old and tired non-stick baking trays. These are fantastic, the three sizes have you covered for everything from baking cookies to roasting small or large quantities of vegetables, to a roast with all the trimmings. The aluminium construction doesn't warp and is easy to clean, and the rolled rims are easy to grip onto when removing from the oven. The perfect set.
