Like the depth. Easy to clean. Just wish they made this in stainless steel.

50 Shades of Gray

This pan will do the work, if you do not mind the discoloration over time. The metal turned several tones of gray. The pan is still functional, but the color is funky.

this is a new version of my baking pans giving to me in the 1980's! The best, love this! Bakes better than anything else i've ever used! And American Made! Highly recommend both the 8" and 9"

and this pan will deliver a great cake. The first thing I baked in this one was a recipe of blondies, and the crust was perfect. Oh how I have missed you, 9x9! Now we can bake together just like we used to!

Don't order more than 1 !

I ordered 2 pans and they came in stacked together to the point that my husband and I could find no way to unseparate them. They should have had some type of separator divider. The only solution is to return them. I like the pan but I guess I have to order one at a time !

Perfect Classic Pan

Bought this for my daughter who just recently bought a home and now has a bigger kitchen. She previously had a dark, coated pan. While you have to make sure you prepare this pan properly, the metal is such good quality that it heats the food evenly and well. Plus, you can use the temperature as directed in a recipe, not having to adjust time and/or heat for the darker pan. This pan should last many, many years! I consider this a kitchen baking staple.

Wonderful Baking Pan. Totally worth the price!

My 8" baking pans are old and were not great quality, but most of the time I was OK with the results. I read reviews about this pan and I thought, well why not, even though more expensive than I would usually get. I sure am glad I got this pan and the results are amazing. Wish I'd had one for years before now. Such even baking and rose without sinking in the middle. This pan is definitely worth the price.

Fantastic pans. I have to keep buying them. Every time I bake brownies,etc., for someone, I never see this pan again.. they all keep the pan. Everything I bake in these pans, comes out, beautifully.definitely DO NOT WASH IN DISWASHER. if you do, you will never see a shiny pan again.
