I bought a silicone baking sheet and realized I needed a larger baking pan to fit it. My two nonstick baking sheets were near the point of no return anyway so I figured I try this one out. I am in love. It is so much lighter and easier to clean. Also, bring a novice cooker, it never occurred to me that a larger pan existed! It’s so nice to be able to spread out what I’m cooking.

I was looking for something to replace my non stick baking pans. They discolor easily, warp, and bake unevenly.People recommended that I get aluminum and I am glad I listened. I really like using this aluminum baking pan.I use the half sheet pan for baking many things: Potatoes, French fries, vegetables, meats, desserts, etc.I also like to take pieces of frozen cookie dough and bake them. So easy for a great tasting dessert.The food bakes evenly and browns nicely. There is no pan warping.Clean up is very easy. Tip: Dont let baked on food cool on pan.I like that they are made in USA.I highly recommend this sturdy bakers half sheet pan. Its also sold at a great price.

If you are looking for a non-warping baking sheet this is the one. I have struggled trying to find one. Spent money on what I thought were nice, heavy, named brand sheets - only to have them warp! I finally got rid of them and went to Nordic Ware. I now own 4 different sizes and baked from low to high temperatures without any problems. I will never own (or take a chance) on another baking sheet except Nordic Ware. Don't waste money on anything else!

I have several cookie sheets that are more expensive, but, as an experienced baker, I love these so much more! When I bake cookies, the more expensive cookie sheets warp. When they go in the oven, you can hear and see them pop. After that, 2 diagonal corners warp up and 2 corners pop down. The cookies also brown too much on these more expensive cookie sheets. These Nordic Ware half sheet pans are professional quality, don't warp and brown evenly, all for a great price! I only use these for baking homemade cookies. You go to all the trouble to make homemade cookie dough, believe me, you want great cookie sheets. Love them! I got them online, and love shopping Walmart online!
I purchased both the jelly roll and half sheet sizes, as I wanted to replace my old and stained non-stick pans. I love how everything (meat, veggies) cooks evenly on these pans and is easy to remove with little to no sticking. I also love that my smoke detector no longer goes off when I open the oven during and after cooking! These clean up easily with hot soapy water (note they are not dishwasher safe).I deducted one star because these pans have all stained during their first use. Even after cleaning, you can see the outline of the meat or vegetables that were on the pan. They also get water stains if you don't immediately dry them. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but just an annoyance, because it looks like the pans aren't clean.

This size is great for roasting vegetables in the oven (Brussels sprouts, cauliflower or parsnip fries coated with a little olive oil).The gauge of aluminum is nice and sturdy. The lip on the side ensures that when you roast something in the pans that it will not fall off when taking it out of the oven. I bake a lot but also roast a lot veggies. My other baking pans don't hold up to roasting. With these I can easily roast veggies during the week and then treat our family to some sweet treats on the weekend. Love them! Double duty pans! I DO use parchment paper for my baking however the pans are still like brand new after a year of very regular use (3-5 times a week) yes they say do not put in dishwasher however I regularly do so and they are still just like brand new. If I wanted keep them for 30 years they would never see a dishwasher other than my hubby and I. But at this price the dishwasher is a luxury we have indulged in!
I have always been pleased with the quality of items purchased at Bed, Bath, and Beyond and the services provided. Unfortunately, the two Nordic Ware baking sheets I purchased recently weren't available in a store and had to be ordered. They arrived quickly, but one of the sheets was dented and had to be returned and reordered. The replacement sheet was also dented and had to be returned. I decided to purchase a second sheet from another store and found one in the store at a lower price.I still plan to shop at Bed, Bath, and Beyond because I've had good experiences there.The undented baking sheets themselves are good quality, and I expect to use them frequently.

However, the pans arrived damaged and I simply did not want to give pans with dents in them no matter how minor the damage. The store I ordered from made it extremely difficult to send them back and get two new ones without me sweating whether I would get them by my deadline. So, I found the same pans on BBandB. Cheaper using an online coupon. They arrived quickly and undamaged. This is the second time BBand B has exceeded my expectations this season. So I decided I would keep the pans with the dent and used them to make cheese straws. Best cheese straws ever. No over cooked bottoms. I will enjoy using these. Searched a while for the right ones and trusted America's Test Kitchen's recommendation of this pan. Not easy to find just anywhere, either. Wasn't at the store with the three B's! Happy to find out Walmart had them!
