Great pan and this is all we use now. This comes in various sizes and we have multiple. We've retired our old cookie sheets and just use this now for cookie baking, roasting nuts, vegetables etc. Cooking is even, weight is good.

Love this size. 4 pans fit perfectly in my standard sized oven. If using convection- it may not allow proper airflow. But i love it in my standard electric oven to cook multiple veggies/proteins simultaneously while allowing me to add/remove as necessary and utilize every inch of the racks. :D Tough to find! High quality aluminum, made in USA and reasonably priced.

This Nordic Ware jelly roll sheet is the perfect pan for my tiny oven! Whereas most half sheets won't fit in my oven, this is more of a quarter sheet and fits perfectly. It's truly nonstick and great quality, perfect for baking cookies, pastries, and even to roast veggies! I love the gold color as well which makes it stand out from other standard bakeware.I am writing this review as part of a contest.

Materials and quality are excellent but it is smaller than required for my baking recipes calling for a jelly roll pan. Lesson learned the hard way with batter overflowing. This one will now have to be a generic baking pan.
This is a nice quality item. It was exactly what I needed to make a jelly roll for Christmas. For any cake that needs to be rolled, this is the pan to have. Heating is uniform and the sides are just high enough to accommodate the batter as it cooks (no spillage). Because of the material, it's better to soak it and hand wash after use so it will stay nice looking. I plan to have this for many years.
I love these sheet pans for roasted vegetables which I make very often. They don't go in dishwasher but I soak them in sudsy water and use an SOS/Brillo pad in the morning and they clean up in seconds. The jelly roll pan is a good size if your oven is too small for a 1/2 sheet pan. I have tried a lot of sheet pans and these are best for roasting in a very hot oven.
Very happy with my purchase. Costs a bit more than most sheet pans, most of which have non-stick coatings that deteriorate quite quickly regardless of how much they’re babied. This also has superior heat conductivity.
Pans are a nice, heavy weight. The bad thing is the packaging. I bought 2 and they were inside a packing box. But each pan was enclosed in a while plastic mailing envelope that had glue on the flap that was meant to be folded over the envelope to enclose the pan. The envelope was a little too short and the glue was stuck onto the length of the rim of the pans. It took me about a half an hour and several different methods of removal before I found the best way was to use the sticky side of masking tape o lift it off. Scotch tape, duck tape, gorilla tape and a scarp knife did not help.
I was having a terrible time finding a jelly roll pan in the stores, so I researched and found it here. it's perfect. Nice and thick, not flimsy like the others I found.
Not sure if I got a faulty batch or not, but these have failed me so many times. I'm currently cooking bacon on them, and they're sticking to the pan. !!!!!BACON!!!!! I'm scraping the slices off, and there are still pieces left behind. Don't even get me started on the chunks that are left behind from baking cookies!!?!!?!!
