These pans really upped my baking presentation especially for holiday specialty cakes which received rave reviews. The pans were also easy to use and baked items extracted easily.

Bought 3- sister, friend and myself. Just the right size. Bake 4at one time. Freeze 2, give neighbor one and eat the other. Been more(freezer) called for dinner(freezer)take instead of flowers.I have a collection of Nordic Ware pans.❤️No picture- just got it day before yesterday.

Came in with a penny-big dent right at the curved side of the pan. The second pan, the bottom seemed like a tin cover of a jam jar. You can press it and it will give you that popping sound. All in all, I think the pans could've been great. It's just that they could've wrapped it more for protection when shipping.

I enjoy baking with my new pans. I haven't had any disappointments yet. Time will tell. so far, I've baked five different deserts, and they came out perfect. No sticking and the color and texture of the cakes was on point.

I realize pics do speak a thousand words but, my granddaughters and l were so thrilled with how beautiful our cakes turned out we couldn't wait to sit down to our tea party. We each had a cake for ourselves and one to share with mama and dada. This is a picture of the cake pan after we cooked our cakes. The cake pan is so well made and is quite heavy, not a cheap aluminum. All the grooves have nice sharp finish that create the perfect design to each cake. We used a boxed yellow cake mix that yields exactly 4 cups of mix. We put one cup mix in each pan and the cooked mix did rise up to the edge of the cake pans providing full finished bundt cakes. As we measured out each cup of mix we added 1/4 tsp. different flavored extracts (lemon, cherry, almond and rum) to create 4 different flavored cakes. We placed the cake pan on a cookie sheet to better handle the cake pan to slide in and out of oven. After letting it cool l placed a sheet of aluminum foil to ease in flipping out the cakes in order not to accidentally drop out any of the cakes. The girls dusted the top with powdered sugar and pushed small holes around the top of each cake with a chop stick and poured corresponding flavored extract sugar glaze to finish topping our cakes. The finished cakes were beautiful and each cake yielded about 8 slices each. Each slice is about the size of 2-3 bites, perfect for tea parties. We love this pan! Perfect for adult entertaining and children's parties. If you love to entertain you will love this pan. Perfect for little hands and grandparents with big hearts.

It by one of the best bakeware company, zNordic Ware. You get two as a set. Tall enough for no spill overs. Strong. Beautiful gold tone interior. And most important, cake slide out without sticking due to nonstick interior. A little expensive , but well worth the price. It a baker's delight.

Nordic Ware 9" Pan

I recently made a cheesecake using a spring form pan - decided that was the last time I'd do that. Too messy. I purchased this to use (try to use) in place of the spring form pan. It's a nice pan, good weight - very happy. Haven't tried it yet. Delivery was super-fast. Really wanted a 9x3, but I think this will work.
