When putting the treadmill together some parts were rusted which was very disappointing. Vinyl decals on the side were also half hanging off when we unboxed it and they wouldnt stick back down so we had to pull them off. Works fine once put together

Works really good. Did have some issues with screws and nuts missing and I think they need to look at more padding for shipping due to some cracks in plastic once arrived but customer support was easy to deal with
