My son uses his Normatec boots and hip attachment as he runs track and cross country. He loves it. He uses it every single day. Excellent recovery tool for an athlete.
I love this addition to my Normatec boots. I have enjoyed the boots for a few years, but as I age (50), I have found all the cycling and running requires more than just stretching, and these hip add-ons are so very helpful. Love em!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!Compression on your hips are the opposite you want to do. This unit pushes your hips together not apart. Counter productive healing. Waste of money and will never use this. Worst product I have purchased from hyperice.
I spend a lot of time on a rowing erg. I have had some back issues over the years. The Normatec Hip really helps with my lower back recovery and flexibility.
This has been a good addition to my recovery tools. Iāve read a few articles regarding compression, and a few say there are no benefits. However, from how I feel after using it, I would say that it works.
These are new additions, as we have only had the legs. Great products and great add ons for complete recovery.
