It certainly lives up to its name of Nothing Phone! It's not crammed with apps you'll never use or bloatware like other phones. Clean layout and interface and a pleasure to use. Fast speeds and plenty storage it should last a long time. Only negative I would say is the fact there's no charger included. Other than that though, it's a pleasure to use and is a mobile phone just how it should be.

Crashed immediately after second official update 202a. No action taken by support during 5wd. Glyphs are fun and that is basically it, no other advantages. 700 CHF for a phone that survived one week and will stay in repair service for several weeks - very unfortunate experience

I've had the handset for almost a week moving from a cheaper range of handsets in the £300-£400 range. I thought the Nothing Phone 2 would feel like a decent upgrade, but in truth there's not much extra to it for me so far.I've had no problem with the quality of calls, battery power is good, lasting a solid day and it's a nice weight and size for me. For some reason, it's not been able to connect to the car Bluetooth, but the connected TV absolutely fine. Volume from the phone speakers is quiet, but great through ear buds. The glyphs are glorified notification lights and not as customisable as I'd like.Maybe with more use, I'll see more to it, but for now it's 'OK'.

Coming from a Oneplus phone, I think that the nothing phone is not there yet when it comes to software maturity. But, I was expecting that considering that the Nothing OS is still in its infancy. And comparing it to well established brands is not fair in a sense. How I look at it is how much Nothing has achieved in such a short time. Don't get me wrong, the software is extremely stable. It's just the small added usability bonuses that seems lacking. I'm sure they will catch up in no time. And I want to be part of that journey.Hardware wise, the phone is very beautiful and the build quality is top notch. In just two generations, they've achieved to equal or even surpass most other phone manufacturers.
After using Google pixel 5 for three years, I decided to get nothing phone, and I'll be honest. It's Great. The battery last long, good screen view and the speakers in the phone pack a good one. The back glyphs, they are cool and are easy to customise. I was reading on the web, that the phone gets warm while wireless charging, so far did not experience. I have the phone for about 3 weeks now. I got the 512GB version, and it's worth the price.
